The orange theory experience is well rounded and the trainers push me to work harder and better than I ever would on my own. The scheduled classes hold me accountable so I actually go and it's an hour of sweat, fun, and feeling good.

the workouts are similar to others i've done at otf. the coach (jason) was very energetic though, checked-in a couple times with some corrections to my movements. that doesn't always happen at my home studio

Try an Orange Theory workout if you haven't. They make an hour fly by with a variety of activities that keep you interested and working hard. The heart monitors provide real-time feedback (and confirmation) that you are pushing hard enough and getting all the benefits of your workout. After, they email a visual report on your workout so you can see how you did - and it's a great progress tracking tool, too!!

Great classes. Great energy. Great atmosphere. All the instructors try to get the best of you, always in a safe way. I have low back problems and they always offer me an option to do the exercise. Can't get enough!

I like the intensity of the workouts and the variety from class to class. It really keeps me on my toes. Since I don't have to think about what I have to do I can focus all my time on giving max effort. The coaches also do a really great job of explaining all the exercises to be performed. And I like how the class can accommodate all levels of fitness.

In addition to this being the most challenging workout I have ever done, I absolutely love every class. The workouts are lead by great instructors, the music is awesome and the design of each workout is intense but able to be done at your own pace. The ability to continue to challenge yourself is super motivating. I am so glad OTF Assembly Row has opened, and will be making very good use of my unlimited monthly membership!
