Am doing private sessions with a very knowledgeable trainer after I had a heart attack. Matt built a special program for me that combines both cardio and weights to strengthen my heart. He listens to my needs and is a great training partner. I am lucky to have found these people, they are going to help change my health habits.

I have been a member of TPS for over two years. I came from a bodybuilding style gym where I could mindlessly float through my workouts. TPS has helped me strengthen my skill set and knowledge thanks to the access to educational classes and help from the staff. It was a slightly intimidating atmosphere to me initially because of the new environment , but I worked hard, learned how to best utilize all the awesome equipment in the gym, and it’s truly the best part of my day the second I step through the door.

I can say with 100% certainty this is the best gym I have ever been in. I am not and employee, have never been an employee. I have been lifting weights since I was 13, I’ve trained everywhere from the YMCA to collegiate facilities for varsity athletes (Notheastern) to even Ballys total fitness when that was a thing ::shudder::TPS is hands down the best gym. I followed them from their old Everett location to their new Malden location. The coaches are awesome, the owner is awesome, they always have cool new equipment to try (sleds, tires, atlas stones, and all the essentials of course) and classes for those who need to learn the ropes. If you’re in the area and are looking for a gym, do yourself a favor and come here.

I really like going to this gym, it has a wide variety of weightlifting equipment in the main gym and very good personal training classes (optional). There's a good vibe and I feel that everyone there is focused and working hard.

Not sure why it took so long for me to review this place. I'll keep it short and simple because who wants to read these days? My home away from home. Amazing community that is serious about what they do. No BS here. I used to live in Watertown for a few years and still refused to go anywhere else! This place is #1.
