It's a great place. Machines are clean, but there is not a lot of variety of equipment in comparison to other gymnasiums. I love the place, but the size of the gym makes it hard to have much variety.

I brought my elder father into the gym today. It's 80 degrees outside and I couldn't leave him in the car. I asked if he could just stand to the side indoors while I get a quick workout and was denied. It was a chair or even stand for a freaking moment!!!! Absolutely did not allow him to be in the building in an EMPTY front location!!! Where is the humanity of this place!!!! I serve my country for this crap!

Expected more out of this place. One too many people(men) that spend too much time on the weights. Weights misplaced, dirty brown towels on the floor and no one to pick them up. People that enter with regular street clothes giving this place a bad look. Feel like my Black Card has no real value for the services provided at this location. Management please fix this situation.

One of worst gyms I've ever been to. It's so crammed in there. The machines are on top of each other. The machines are old. People dont put the weights back when they're done, so there are weights and Dumbbells all over the place. I saw gum stuck on one machine. It's not clean in there AT ALL. And it stinks. I was leaving one day and I saw 5 workers standing behind the desk talking.... Like the gym is a MESS why aren't they doing their job. If you can choose another location then do so. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work out here. I just joined that location two weeks ago, but I will be looking for a new gym asap.

The HP location smells too much. Employees don't clean the machines or bathrooms. It doesn't matter the time I go in, the smell is awful. I prefer going to South Gate, Inglewood, or Downey. They're much cleaner and employees greet people...

Its clean, great customer service. There always no line when i go. Great place to do cardio, light weight weights. Great atmosphere. Always with AC. It has guest appreciation. They give pizza on certain days. I would recommend to anyone trying to work out its open almost 24 hours

Been going here for a month and haven't had any issues, machines always available and not crowded like I thought and heard it would be. So far love this place.

The machines are older, some are sqeeky, however still good for the price. They do give the machines TLC, and yeah it's busy in the mornings and during the after work rush hour.. If thats an issue for you then don't go around those times, or plan accordingly. I still managed to get most of my workout complete.However, the area where the Smith machines are , forget it.. Unless it's Sat morning or Saturday around 11pm-1am, then you'll have no chance at using that machine, some people HOG them or save them for their buddies even when not in use.Same thing with the weights people hoard them or save them for their buddies. Anyway, I now go to a different PF..where the machines are accessible at almost anytime of day.Also, this PF parking lot doesn't have a parking attendant at all times or security patrolling around the parking lots for safety. Alot of women use this gym and it would be nice to have the security guard that it there make rounds instead of just staying by the door.Also, cameras in your parking lot would be nice, maybe some reserved parking between the work out rush hour would be convenient for your members.. Other PF offer reserved parking. My car got hit here, some guy was frantically looking for parking, probably for elsuper and reversed against traffic into my car.They do have bagels and pizza though ::thumbs up::I will not be coming back to this PF unless it's a last resort.

Staff is very lazy and all of them are always in the front desk. Locker rooms and bathrooms are always dirty. Staff is also busy to flirt with their guests thats including the trainers as well. Staff is also busy texting on the job to me thats bad customer service.

Love this place !! Just signed up a week ago and I will never go to any other gym! The people who work there are great! The atmosphere is wonderful! As a matter of fact I'm On my way! Right now!! Love the fact that it's 24hrs. Only thing about coming here is that you lose track of time !! Lol
