The worst gym i ever been to. Womens bathroom smells lile poop. Staff very lazy they have the a/c on full blast so its hard to sweat not only that but i got sick bcuz of them having the a/c on. Instead of the staff cleaning their on their phones. The managers are worse! If they dont like u they wont help u. Tue trainer's only help the skinny females on the mechines and when someone needs help their to busy flirting with the managers and staff. I give this gym a big 0 they suck. Bcuz of this gym i want to cancel my membership and sign up for L.A. fitness

I've had my membership for about 3 months now, and at first I was a little skeptical but I really like this gym. Of course its busy during the week especially at night but unlike 24 hour fitness people are actually working out here and not just standing around doing nothing. And their mindful of the people who are waiting to use the machines when its packed. The bathrooms are either cleaned or beeing cleaned when I walk in. The employees are very friendly they always greet me when I walk in and when I leave. One thing I like most is everybody is too busy working out to even judge anybody. Once you get over how packed it is, this gym is great! Oh and on the weekends its super empty (for future reference)

The bathrooms always stink! There is always toilet paper & pee stains on the toilet which makes it hard to even use the restroom cause you don't want other peoples piss on your ass. It is very disgusting the maintenance is very low! But my only option is planet fitness ( sadly ) ! & the trash cans are always filled up with paper towels like it's no tomorrow all the workers do is sit up front waiting for people to come & check in. Fix this please!

Very unpleasant experience I understand that it's only 10/20 dollars a month but that doesn't give the employees any reason to not do they're best I go to the PF in Alhambra and honestly they blow you guys away and might I add for the exact same price I'll come back but not because I truely want to, more because if the situation comes up I have too. Get your stuff together fix your machines give people limits on all machines and if it's truely a no judgement zone then watch the gym members and keep control instead of sitting on your asses. You guys deserve 1* but I'm being generous and giving you 2.

It was a terrible experience people grab 3-4 pair of bar bells there is no limit on machines , people need there mothers and wife's , they should be embarresed I'm surprised no one rung worm it is desgusting to workout there , like really clean the fk in machines when your done working out , and y use 4 sets of weights , just like everything in Cali rules are not enforced, save your $ and time and go else where !!! The people that work there are cool , just need to enforce the rules.

DO NOT EVEN TRY THE TRIAN PERIOD NOT WORTH IT! I canceled my membership within the 5 day trial period (ON THE 4TH DAY) and they said that I will not get my money back because they don't know about that. I asked to speak to the manager she says that I will get my money back within 30 days but they will still charge me the monthly fee because it is automatically in the system. I asked to speak with the owner and they said no I can only speak with the manager, that there is nothing they can do about my money. They said that I have to surrender all my paperwork and membership. Now Im going to be charge for a membership that I can't used and who's know if I'm going to get my initial payment i paid ($39)in a month.

Always full, i understand it's a judge free zone but at least have some common sense to not sit your ass on a machine and hog it just to be on your phone, guys there don't know about leg day just hog the weights everyday some save the machine for their friend so you have little to no chance to use the machine you need, their water refill system is weak other pf have a water bottle refill machine here you have to refill it with the water fount, when you finally see the machine you need empty guess what OUT OF SERVICE employees don't enforce rules owner/manager obviously does not care about the issues because no action has been taken.

This location is one of the worst ones. People never clean after their machines. The machines all seem to be torn. You always have to wait for a machine, mat, weights to be available. Customer service is terrible. It smells like a** (yes gyms are all supposed to smell that way However I've been to plenty of gyms and this one by far smelled the worst). The bathrooms had toilet paper on the floor and smelled like they hadn't cleaned it weeks. Not to mention walking out of the place at night isn't the safest area. I only went here because I happen to be near the area. Never again. TORRANCE location is WAY better.

Pretty nice gym for the price. They do take care of their machines and the staff is nice. One problem right now is that it's way too full sometimes at around the evening hours but that is expected. However, they do provide a paper that shows you the average member usage times so you can avoid crowds which I thought was very cool of them. My only real complaint though is that they don't keep an eye on the circuits so there's always people in there hogging the machines. Other than that I enjoy coming to this gym and I think it's worth the price.

The equipment is new or extremely well maintained. However, with the $10 and $20 it seems constantly busy and it was not really an enjoyable experience for me. I like that they focus on health as opposed to other places which you almost have to want to be a body builder to use. I like it, but was not sold on it being for me.
