More like a 4.5 - I go in around 530 am. The treadmills are always busy and it's cool seeing a huge line of people working out. They have 4 machines of the like I use, and usually there is always one open. The showers could get cleaned better and checking to make sure there is toilet paper is a must. Staff is friendly usually always see them up front. Parking lot gets packed but it's not like your crossing the street to get your workout. Good place.

Good location, sometimes get full but It gets annoying when you're waiting in line to use a machine and the person is just in their phone just wasting time.

Customer service is alright, cleanliness is not good here I've seen the staff clean but the girls locker room is mostly crazy yucky when I go there.

I was charged $1,172.55 for a cancelled membership that has been canceled for almost 5 years. The manager that was supposed to take care of it, said he can not do anything because he was not working there then…Do we need to have always same manager or staff working in there to have our issues addressed?Do not recommend this place!! It felt like scam!!
