This gym is so dirty. Trash everywhere. Covid isn’t the only thing you gotta worry about catching at this gym. Machines are always down. I counted 4 broken treadmill’s. Weights all over the place. Only one massage chair working. Cleaning stations empty of paper, and I constantly have to remind them that there is no paper. You will encounter some ghetto people that like to use two machines at once when it’s packed, and the staff doesn’t say anything. I tripped on someone’s water bottle. Staff is friendly, but they are lazy or just bad management.

Had the membership for years 1st time going . Guy at the counter was rude and impatient. He wasn't cut out for front desk . Every question I asked seemed to annoy him. Gave the most terrible looks Monday about 530pm. So much for Judgement free.

Been coming here for a week as it's the closest gym to me. Customer service is good. Cons: A lot of traffic in the evenings and gym is not that big. No sauna, pool/jacuzzi, or basketball court. Weights are all over the gym. This gym doesn't even have a scale, which is a first for me. You get what you pay for so don't have high expectations. I personally love golds gym so usually have high expectations from other gyms. Chuze fitness in the city of Cudahy which is about 15-20 min from this gym location has memberships for about $10-$15 and has amenities like sauna, bike sweat room, yoga room, and is a lot bigger. Planet fitness should think about buying the old t-mobile space next to them and make their facility bigger to compete with these other gyms.

This is getting worst and worst, the gym is full of kids, just chilling around all the time no matter what time u go is full of kids, people are not able to use the equipment cause u see groups of teenagers using them and playing around. This not like before when u can be there in the morning do a good workout with a good trainer, now I don’t think that they even have a trainer. This is a Gym not a theme park for kids to chill on the summer.

The dude with a pony tail that works their is cool and friendly. Great (clean) location considering how many visitors they get. Be aware Parking lot is small (but most LA locations have small parking lots)

Clean workout areas , the workers are friendly and helpful . They have showers so that you can wash up after a nice workout , and waters or gateraid to buy so that you can replenish the electrolytes that you spent while working out. And it's affordable..

Love that it's close to home. If I'm there between 3-4:30 it's not that busy and i can get my workouts in quickly. Good mix of weights and plenty of cardio machines. The manager is friendly and the younger staff too. They keep it clean and the paper towel and alcohol sprays stocked.

I been coming here for a while and It was fine, Empty in the morning and and busy in the evening. Good workers and overall, a good vibe. However, Now with the summer kids free pass It's ALWAYS busy no matter what time you go. I'm honestly all for giving kids a chance to workout and get healthy but I don't think is fair that The people who have memberships and Actually pay to workout Can't because of how many kids Go. They're also Disregarding of their mess, leaving paper towels in the floor after cleaning (if they clean at all) and some Don't even work out just sit there talking or on their phone and became a teens hangout (But I suppose some of us do too but Before there's wasn't so many people so it was fine.) Maybe setting a schedule could help? I don't blame the workers at all They're doing their best and Honestly props to y'all. But PF should think about their already members before letting people in for free.
