Great Place. Most of the machines were open. There was plenty of clean stations with cleaning supplies for wiping down machines.

They need a no phone policy at the desk. I stood there for two minutes even said excuse me and she was still on her phone. Didn’t look up once. Guess I won’t be using the massage chair today. This wasn’t the first time either.

First time in a Gym. Loved my experience and staff stayed on top of keeping the equipment clean. Staff was also friendly and helpful.

Place was clean and nice. The front desk girl was very rude about everything, from taking my info, signing in to tan, and barking at me to put my mask on while taking a drink.

Just left and wasn't happen with the service. The yoing lady was rude and didn't say Thank you or nothing. Customer service is so important. This is one of the reason I don't eat fast food. I was actually bringing someone else.

Not too crowded for a Saturday Evening.The few people that were there kept there 6 ft spaces, were mindful of wearing masks, and wiping down there equipment after each use.

I signed up for a membership about two months ago. On the third month a payment of $39 and some change was taken From my account, I drove up to the club to ask what the payment was for as my original payment of $24 had already been taken out. I was told that the $39 was an annual payment that all members have to pay. I was unaware of any annual payment and was not informed when I signed up. The problem is not about paying an annual fee, the problem is that I had only been there a few months not a year and I feel that the $39 annual fee should be discussed and collected at the same time as signing up or just before the customers one year. Whatever the case it should not be a surprise deduction from my account.

These people entered my email address wrong since day one of being a member. I never received a single email to tell me when Id be charged on my account, I was waiting for the big annual fee so I could cancel before then, or the opening in closings during shutdown. I went to cancel my subscription over 2 months ago, and see today on my bank account that they were still charging my account! This location is out of my way from home and I am never in that direction.These people are extremely unprofessional! I spent nearly 20 minutes at the counter waiting to do the cancelation, then when I called on the phone just now they canceled it like it was no big deal. No regard for the fact that my money is going to them when it was not intended to, disregarding the fact that I signed a document to cancel and the staff was incompetent enough to finish the task on their end. So disappointing.

Do not join them. They started taking money out of my account without any notice. Even though I clearly have not patronized their establishment in almost 2 years. They decided to resume deductions from my account with no notice. John, the manager refuses to issue me a refund and so I am writing this negative review. Go somewhere else! Patronize at your own risk👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
