Why can this Planet Fitness not allow members to cancel online or over the phone! I have gone in and canceled only to continue to be charged! I call to get it straightened out and am told I still have to go back in to cancel AGAIN! This place is so outdated! I am switching to Spokane Fitness.

Good place to workout, shower, tanning, it's overall nice.

staff always sitting on their phone at front desk. literally like 3 of them everyday when i go around 10am. it’s unprofessional.

Major machines still not fixed after month and a half of being broke down. Manager still says they're working on it. Unacceptable!

This isn't a dig at planet fitness the company, but this particular location. Although they have newer treadmills, they do not do anything to maintain their equipment. One of their squat racks have been out of service for two months now. The pads for the racks have been unusable for longer than that. The equipment on the racks in the stretching area all need to be reevaluated as the bosu ball is flattening and the ab wheel falls apart. Just keep on maintaining your equipment because thats the most important part of a gym, usable gym equipment.

I came in to planet fitness on five 2423 to access my account and go tanning. They can’t find a way to get me to the barcode it won’t. I won’t let me get in on the app so I’ve been paying for my services but I can’t receive any services Mr. Ethan a guy Ethan. His here is trying to help me but he said he can’t help me too bad and to call Amanda and come back another day and that I can’t use my services because I can’t figure out the computer so I can’t go tanning today. I would like someone to reach out to me about my services and how I can access them since I’m a paying customer

Dropped keys in stair master they refused to help me get them out and told me I’d potentially have to wait days or weeks. Can’t get into my house or my car.They had 3-4 people standing at the counter literally on their phones no one wanted to call maintenance or management and tell them it wasn’t a broken machine and it was actually IMPORTANT!

Amanda did my new membership & my wifes.She was very quick in getting us into the system. Then she gave us a great tour. Very pleasant young lady. She is a 10 for sure based on her excellent customer service.

The club is all up and down the west coast making it easy for me to get a quick workout.
