If you're not white be careful this club isn't friendly to other races. The guy at the counter makes sure to check I'm not stealing drinks or going in without signing in, even though I've never stole or not checked in. Racial profiling is ok here, apparently.

My experience for the past 6 months since regularly coming to the gym has been life changing. I have lost over 30 pounds and gained confidence. The whole staff has been very welcoming and encouraging. I would like to acknowledge Bianca for showing me how to use the machines when i had anxiety trying them on my own and always having a great energy to be around.

90% of the people here are NOT wearing masks and none of the staff enforce the mandate, nor the dress policy. There is always a man or two in jeans and some ladies will just go in their sports bras. The staff often go without masks as well. It does not feel like a safe environment.

Just a couple things would make me give this location a 5 star review. First if there was someone on staff locally by phone to answer questions. Called both Spokane locations and got the same pre-recorded message. Second for someone to check the tension on the treadmill belts, the one I ran on was slipping a bit. This site was clean, well spaced, smelled fresh.

The last two visits the tanning bed was dirty.which is very frustrating since this has been an on going issue dating way back. I don't know why members don't clean them after use, but if they don't then the staff definitely should. Love the bulbs and always get a good tan!

Love the staff and the business. The gym is clean. You can find out how to use different equipment through the app just by using a QR code. You can do cardio for any amount of time you want, as well as weight lifting or you can do 30 minute workouts with different weight lifting equipment. Very reasonable for a membership!

The gym itself is ok, equipment is exceptable. The cleanliness of it is mediocre at best..There are is a smidge of kind employees who usually quit. There are several trite and surely people that work there that never quit. The woman with the long blonde hair that works the primo 7-3 shift seems to have a personal issue with me. She has openly critized my sweatpants, apparently it's not ok that I choose to be modest in her "fancy" gym, pretty funny for a judgement free zone! Another employee that works evenings with a little blonde mustache was mocking me for wearing my mask..another time when my teenager was working out and pulled down their mask to take a drink, they were immediately approached by a male employee with dark hair and told to put the mask back on!!! What are the actual rules here?

Great place. Little bit more room would be nice but the 30 minute express workout is a great way to start building for a new start. They are affordable and friendly. Only down is that I would like to bring my son and can't because he is under age.

Love it has so many different exercise equipment to use. Love the treadmills. Update November 12,2021. Have not been to the gym in months I actually only went once. But tried to cancel and can't even if you go in.they keep charging my card more than normal amounts.multiple times in 1 month. Had to get charges reversed. But they still try changing me 120$ plus every month. It's ridiculous. Don't sign up they won't let you cancel. And keep charging you lots.

If I could give less I would, worked out here for months until I unfortunately couldn't afford it anymore and had to cancel and got charged even though I wasn't going to use it again. Signed up again and got told my work body aka my brother of 14 could not come with me anymore even tho he had been working out with me for months with no issues and nothing said about it, then when I went to cancel my membership got charged for membership I hadn't even used once and had money I didn't have taken from me. Never going here again.
