The membership is very affordable, black membership perks are really great. The only thing that keeps me from giving this a perfect 5 stars is that they don't have free weight squat racks, they are all on guided rails. Overall however, this is absolutely the place I choose to hold a membership over anywhere else.

Please fix the crowd meter in the PF app. Every parking spot was taken at 5pm today and the gym was packed but the crowd meter only showes 2/10 bars for how crowded it was. It should have shown 10/10 at that time.

Great place to get a quick workout in. Late nights and early mornings aren’t as busy as expected so that’s a plus. Equipment is decently maintained. Hydro massages are the my favorite benefit of the club.

Went here to start a membership. Nobody at the front desk, stood there for 10 minutes, never saw an employee. After 10 minutes, walked out.

Just signed up. Love it so far. 24 hours so I can go when I have time. Plenty of equipment, stretching area, massage chairs, hydromassage, tanning beds and more. This place is very clean and the equipment is in good shape.

This is one of the most unethical companies I've encountered. My child joined a free summer program through her school that somehow turned into full membership that we are being charged for. No one at the Spokane Valley location can tell me how a child signed a contract. We've tired to cancel, but continue to be charged. The front desk person I spoke to was incredibly rude and the "manager" was zero help. I had to place a stop pay wit our bank and report their charges as fraud to try and get our money back. My child is now receiving email notices stating there is a problem with the account and they can't draft the fees. Do not get into business with this company. They are the absolute worst.

Definitely the cleanest planet fitness I have ever visited and the staff is kind and courteous every single day! Couldn't recommend enough.

Pros- Relatively clean, cheap, 24 hour gym with friendly staff. If you were looking to lift beginner weights between 11pm and 2 am or just do cardio this would be a good fit for you.Cons- Lackluster equipment selection that is somehow always in use by people just sitting on it, not actually doing any exercise. Crowded, prepare to fight for free weights or smith machines with extremely rude Aholes. Barbells only go up to 60 lbs, no Olympic lifting of any kind. The resistance machines are maxed out with minimal weight.

Was charged a late fee on my account and they refused to return it back. Even though they had no issue charging my account for the membership fee and the late fee as was as protein drinks that they sell. They refused to return i've called 4 different times because the first 3 times they said they would leave a not for the manager and the 4th time they had stated they "don't give returns all willy nilly". Ended up cancelling from being irritated that they refused to return the late fee.Many machines were also broken.
