Time to find another gym. Several times in a row I've been to this location only to have every piece of equipment I use being used. To many treadmills not enough weight benches. Then I go to the desk to express being upset for wasted trip and male worker smirked and shurgged.Edit to reply that you sound condescending or like youre replying off a script. Your crowd o meter doesn't show that every weight bench is being used. (What's that 4 people total at your gym for that to happen) I do check it before I go. (Hayden,ID is nicer and friendlier staff btw) Most resistance equipment also being used. Over 50 treadmills most empty! Several options for people who don't need assisted pull ups or dips but only one for people still working on building that strength! A little empathy would have been nice from the desk when someone is visibly upset at wasting their time in the middle of a work day and not one piece of equipment they use being open. (Being stared at by the girl no response and the male employee smirking, not cool) I'm sure I'm not the only one with this issue. Since opening have you added any more weight benches? Working on fixing the issue and just saying you are, are two separate things.

Wonderful customer service at East Sprague location Saturday night from JACKIE AND TRACY. So kind and willing to show me around and explain the hydro massage and massage chair when I was done with my workout. Such sweet nice ladies. Thank you girls for being so helpful and welcoming.

This place is great. Very easy to check in and friendly staff.I strongly recommend the black card if you like hydro massage, red light therapy and TANNING! The only thing they don’t have at most locations is a lap pool. Hence 4 stars. Everything else is great.

This Planet Fitness does not use air conditioning. It’s literally 90 degrees in the middle of August, and the front doors are wide open. I get that Planet Fitness is a cheaper gym, but if I wanted to workout in 90 degrees, I can just go outside. Turn the AC on. Planet Fitness uses AC in every other state.

I go to the gym late evenings. Tonight, Tracy and Jackie were working and made my visit so welcoming. These beautiful, young ladies did it for me.I've been to other locations and I about cancelled my membership. Train your employees by these ladies example.

Beautifully modern facility with equipment that's in tip-top shape. The layout of this location is wonderful, offering all sorts of space for each area - including separate rooms for the stretching and abs sections. The locker rooms are well-maintained and the staff are both kind and knowledgeable.

The equipment is breaking down and rarely gets fixed fast. The people behind the counters are useless besides to sign you up. Will not fix any problems with your account or issue any refund if your not using your membership and if you cancel a day before payment you still have to pay nexts month bill. I view this place very unprofessional and been going here for a couple of years cause it was cheap but turn out to be a mess at times. plus zeek the personal trainer has hit on my friends girlfriend in the past when I first started going and stares at people that he has a "problem" with. I mean if you are into that this is your gym and that's your trainer.

Good place to exercise , we go there 4 times a week, it's very clean ,and very cheap monthly fee..

Clean gym, showers were very nice except for the fact that there was very little hot water. In the beginning it was almost warm enough to be comfortable, but after no more than 2 minutes it was ice cold. No one else was showering with me in the mens. Apparently the women’s showers were warm until another woman tried to shower

This is the first gym I've ever been too. It's nice, quiet and clean, the employees are helpful and friendly (except one just twists her hair all day with her finger, it's distracting and bizarre). Anyway, the equipment is good quality, a lot of choices and variety; it does get busy sometimes. I love the no judgement zone, I can concentrate on working out with no worries.
