I really wish that you would fix the machine that are broken. Also, walk around your gym more to control the boys that are there to impress the girls as they spend more time giggling. 3 teen boys in the 30 minute circuit for 10 minutes laughing not working out at all.

Very easy to learn and cozy atmosphere, every machine gives you an easy explanation on how to use it. They also have an affordable membership. They also have tanning, and hydro massage chairs and beds

False advertising for the $25 membership. The online ads make it sound like the bring a friend perk allows a person's friend or significant other equal access to everything in the fitness center. This is not accurate. A friend of the member has to go through a convoluted check in process by waiting for the member to send them an email. The friend accepts the invite and then the member open their app again to generate a QR code for the friend. The friend's QR code then has to be scanned by someone at the front desk in order for the friend to be able to stay. In addition friends don't have access to the massage chairs, only the member does. Planet Fitness needs to streamline the sign in process for friends and grant friends equal access to the fitness center's resources. This review is based on a one time visit to a Planet Fitness in Spokane, Washington after signing up for the premium membership for $24.99/month.

I love Planet Fitness. It’s a little far from my house but the price is 100% worth the drive and the staff is very friendly. It’s a well-kept gym so everything is always clean and ready to use !!

Terrible customer service from the older chick with the blonde streaks ( mid 30s) typically when I talk to her.Got a charge for an additional $40 and was rude about it when I Inquired about it. Besides that and being charged double sometimes , no issues with this gym.

The girl at the front desk was extremely non-helpful and pretty rude . I asked her about my membership which I switched over from muv fitness back to planet fitness after about a year and a half. They were very friendly and very nice at the front Desk however back then now not so much, I’ve only been back a few days. I have already gotten a late fee on my account because apparently now their machines does like my account which a year and a half ago, I didn’t have that problem, only being back for less than a week and already having a late fee , and being told I need to open a whole new account just for planet fitness so that they can charge my card or be charged a late fee every month.. she told me to sit down and wait for a manager. I waited for 45 minutes and never got to see a manager so a membership is going to end up costing me almost $60 and I’ve only been back as a member for a couple of days.They are a scam…not to mention this was only supposed to be a dollar to sign up and I was charged the full price for July crazy..
