I never really write reviews but I’m just hoping management of this location sees it. My favorite part about the planet fitness membership is the tanning and massage beds however the last 4 times I’ve used these they have been so dirty. Which is gross. There aren’t garbage cans in the tanning rooms, I’ve had to ask for cleaning products for the beds each time and I can visibly see no one had cleaned from the person before me based on the sweaty body prints on the beds. It shouldn’t be ENTIRELY the customers job to clean off the equipment because they can get everything and also pay to be here? Idk man literally just clean up. I don’t want to pay to have to ask for items to clean up another persons sweat lol

Update August 31st 2021I've been going to this gym for three years now, so I've got a better idea on this place for you. First things first, you get what you pay for. The selection of equipment is standard, but comparatively speaking to other higher end gyms, this place leaves a lot to be desired in what it offers. Lots of cardio machines, but not a ton of options for strength. It's enough to satisfy you and gain muscle, but you quickly end up going through the cycle of machines rather quickly. Two days of working out with an hour to hour thirty session, I've gone through it all, so it gets repetitive. But as long as you're seeing results you can't complain too muchThe cleanliness is always up to snuff. Staff have gotten a lot more extroverted, though they come and go, but thankfully this current crew has been here for a bit. And if you're looking for a personal trainer, they actually (finally) have one almost consistently each day.Cardio is easy to get machine wise, benches are the focal point for most, it seems. Good times to go are Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat and generally before 10am and 4pm. Mondays are busy the whole day, Sundays can be packed too. Tuesdays differ, it's never consistent. Plus the app isn't very reliable because it'll say it's not busy but when you get there and see all the cars and then go in... Yeah, it's more busy.Hope that helps. Long winded, I know.

What can I say?! Tons of working, clean and safe equipment to use! Not just that, but it's open 24hrs. At least the one I use! People who work there are respectful, kind, courteous and friendly and to me means a lot when choosing a gym membership!! Thanks for allowing me to use your facility to better my health and well being!

So after working out here for 100 days I went to cancel membership they checked me out at a computer and told me the situation was handled. Little did I know the snakes where taking money out of my account monthly so I did not notice ten dollars missing that's untill I did my bills and was like wait something not adding up. Then I went to my local bank and they gave me a print out of all the times it's happened . They billed me for a year and now when I call to get my refund they are under new management and can't help me with my problem they where very unprofessional telling me to send emails so they could cancel my account when it should of already been canceled . This is a great gym to meet people but there staff needs to be retrained on the computers or something because all in all I'm out 140 with the annual fee .

I have been wanting to cancel for MONTHS!Yet, no one was able to cancel during the months they were closed... they didn’t warn anyone they were opening and charged everyone before anyone could cancel. I haven’t been able to use the gym in months! I’ve been waiting to cancel then I finally do when I found out they opened and my account was overcharged..I address the issue.. mind you they tried giving me a fake email several times to cancel my account.. told me they couldn’t do it over the phone .. but after 3 days of calling and getting upset they canceled over the phone with no issues?? & I’m promised a refund and then suddenly the general manager “isn’t capable of giving refunds” but she’s capable of giving a fake email to use to try and get people distracted from getting their money back! My email has told me several times their email is invalid! As I’ve gone over this email several times with the “general manager” Tasha or whoever she is!She’s been Absolutely unprofessional by ALL means! Along with her staff! I’ve been told my refund would take seven days... seven days later still NO refund!!! Then 14 days later.. still no refund but I was promised one... now she’s claiming she isn’t in charge of refunds because “she’s not in the system.” You don’t get the title of a general manger if your incapable and “not in the system”!!!These gyms are privately owned so therefore... yes this gym IS responsible for my refund and They’ve been turned into the BBB & next the General Attorney!Taking advantage of families in such terrible times is absolutely unprofessional and so disheartening!And I will not give up on this issue!QUIT TELLING PPL YOU DONT WANT THIS IMPRESSION WHEN YOU DO WANT THIS IMPRESSION WHEN YOUR LYING TO ALL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO ARE CANCELING!! I hope you guys close down! It’ll catch up to you!

Perfectly sized, can get a little hectic during rush hour but staff is Grade A professional and keeps everything running well. Check out their fitness schedule for some group workouts.

A good place to workout. Lots of equipment, nice size too, and some of the staff are friendly and will engage in conversation, especially the more you go there. Downside is that, for the men at least, the bathrooms tend to stink more often than not.Update: I think it's very important to mention that you need to watch your bank account with planet fitness. They have tried to take more money than needed on multiple occasions, charging me twice in one month. After my bank began to investigate them after the third or forth time of them doing this, they quit doing it.

Love the price and all you get with it. As a black card member you can bring someone with you every time and it can be a different person or the same. You can get unlimited tanning, and use the hydro beds. They have a 30 minute express area that works your whole body and is easy to use and figure out.

I love this gym. Great price + great people. Staff is wonderful and friendly. The facility is always clean. There is a lot of equipment, so you usually don't have to wait. It is only $10 per month, so there are not many super specialized workout machines, or free weights, but you can get a great workout in, if that is what you want.

Great gym. The people that use the gym are nice. I like that they have hydro massage chairs and beds.
