I personally have not had the best experience here. It’s been a hassle getting my membership cancelled being i’ve never even used it, and when asked for assistance I spoke to heather on the phone who seemed to have an attitude the whole time and didn’t help me.

Wow extremely poor customer service! Joanna speaks to customers like garbage, she was very argumentative and not helpful and when I asked to speak to a manager she hung up on me! I called back and asked for them manager and that girl hung up on me too!

I was falsely accused of—get this—taking a picture at the Northwest Blvd gym. I am certain I did not take a picture, and nobody had told me that there was any policy about taking pictures. The manager did not take time to explain who made the accusation or what was about. She simply assumed that I had taken the picture and apparently that I was lying to her when I said I didn’t. I have reached out to the club for an explanation of this disrespectful behavior, but they are being further disrespectful toward me by not even acknowledging my question.The Northwest Blvd gym is nicely equipped and getting better every day, but if you go you should leave your cell phone at home if you don’t want to be accused of inappropriate behavior.

Lately I have noticed it being much cleaner. I really appreciate that!

There’s always lots of room to work out and everything is much better now that they remodeled the showers in the women’s bathroom

Friendly staff, well kept locker rooms and a large variety of equipment. Has a body positive vibe too!

The gym itself is alright but the employees need better training on basic social skills. Heather's classes aren't that engaging and she's painfully awkward as a person. Not very motivating at all.

Manager came out SCREAMING at us and banging on our windows in the parking lot accusing us of "living in the parking lot." We had pulled up about 45 min prior and two of us were in the middle of lifting in the gym and two of us were buying coffee at the place next door. She was super unreasonable and rude, kicked us out. Will address with corporate.

They have been charging my dead grandpa for 6 months. That's a pretty active dead guy! At first they said they couldn't find him in the system, so they continued to charge him. Then they agreed to close his membership and refund 3 months, but instead they charged another month to his bank account! My uncle has been there repeatedly trying to sort this out.
