Very nice gym. Equipment looks well maintained. Gym areas are spacious and the flow works. The floors were pretty dirty. It doesn't look like anyone has cleaned under or near any of the cardio equipment in months.

The only reason I’m canceling my membership is because I live too far away and I no longer go on that end of town. My husband changed careers and his old job was super close to this gym and I always took him to work.I loved the vibes at planet fitness, very non judgemental and I felt like I belonged there. If you guys get a Northside location I would be all over it. 🖤 The value you get for the $ is insane here.

Clean gym, good space, but what really helps this place stand out is the staff, especially Brad on night shift.Dude really makes me feel welcome and is really easy to talk to. If you’re deciding on joining or not, just know the night staff is very friendly.I recently had to cancel my membership, but if I decide to come back, it’ll definitely be because of Brad

For the most part, my experience has been positive, the staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Great exercise machine selection, for the price, it can’t be beat. Now for the negative. We are experiencing a lengthy heat wave here in Spokane and unfortunately both overhead fans have been broken for weeks. I’ve been told by different staff members that the tech person has been tied up at the valley planet fitness, you have only one tech person?? It’s uncomfortably warm (hot) not a desirable work out temperature. When the tech person does show up, maybe he could fix the drinking fountain while he’s at it. Thanks for letting me vent.

Staff and associates are very kind, friendly, and helpful. Equipment and facilities are clean and well kept. Decor is fun and exciting, I would even say motivating with bright colors and great layout. What wraps it all up for me is the extremely affordable price of membership and 24 hour availability!!! 10 outta 10 for sure!!!

Employees are great. Nice, quick, efficient great staff. Everything else is rough. Tons of broken machines and equipment, I'm winking at you insurance company. Two broken toilets and one broken shower in the Men's locker room. And it smells as bad as it sounds. And that extra $40 dollar account fee that gets tacked on each year makes it more like $15 a month. Pretty obvious that Planet Fitness doesn't care about the employees or customers at the Spokane location.

I travel to a lot of PF and this is by far the dirtiest one I've ever seen. All the machines are either dusty or filthy.I don't think anyone's ever touched the bathrooms. 🤮Multiple reviews over the last 4+ weeks mention the cleanliness of the gym and the "owner" tells them to contact management about it instead of doing it himself.

The gym is interior is fine. However, there lack of communication when closing and reopening during the pandemic is sorely lacking. I would rather see an email from Planet fitness saying they are reopened and not one from my Bank. And on the other hand. When I wanted to close my account, all places of business was closed and when they reopened I couldn’t cancel my membership then either because I moved cities. The only way to cancel is to go back to the gym that signed you up instead of the capability to close your own account from the closet available gym. Loved my time in the gym, regretted the time outside...

Meh. It's a good place to workout. Equipment is new and well maintained. What they will not tell you is your banking routing information is needed at the time you sign up. If this is needed, why ask for your CC number? Be ready for silly answers. That's the only problem with this place. Overall, pretty good
