I never write reviews like this, but I would rate 0 stars if I could! Didn’t catch his name, but the black male working this morning was the most disrespectful worker I’ve ever encountered in a gym ever. Beyond embarrassing that they would employ someone like that! When you work with the public his type of behavior is unacceptable, will be contacting corporate asap!

I would highly recommend Genesis health club for anyone that’s interested in staying healthy. This is the only pool in town and for those of us with multiple sclerosis the pool is the only way to exercise. The temperature is perfect and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

The management is very unkind to family memberships because, “they don’t make up our majority so adult members mean the most.”. The front desk has schedules for all the classes and lessons but if you call to request information they always get it wrong. The kids club is run amazingly though. I love how they care for kids and are always kind to you and have great communication

I love coming to the gym, everyone here is so friendly and nice! If you ever have a question they are always there to help! I’d love to be able to order a smoothie, but they haven’t had any bananas for awhile! Come get your membership today!

My experience when I signed up was great. So far I like that they always have clean towels for you and even deodorant at the locker rooms. Is a good gym franchise.

Genesis is the best fitness facility. Large variety of equipment & classes available. Beautiful pool, jacuzzi, & locker rooms. Indoor track, basketball court. Wonderful trainers/instructors. Awesome tennis courts, indoor & outdoor. I play tennis at least 4 to 5 days a week. The tennis pros are all top notch. Extended hours, early to late, to meet everyone’s schedules. Activities for all ages. Daycare available. Many other options. Love the St Joseph Genesis. ~Judy C
