I've tried just about every gym/workout imaginable over the years. I always quit after a few because it was too hard or whatever (insert excuse). I've now completed 10 classes at OT and do not see myself stopping anytime soon. I get excited to go to the classes, and the coaches and heart rate monitor help me stay motivated.

I’ve been a member for two years now, and Coach James is the best to workout with. He’s very motivating and pushes us closer towards our goals. Thanks James and team!

Orangetheory has welcoming staff, trainors, and people attending the classes. My first class was yesterday and I really liked it. There was a lady standing next to me at the beginning who talked to me after hearing I was new. Having her talk to me motivated me even more. At the end of the class, a lady said, "Good job" for the score I had. That same person was next to me on rowing. She helped me when I was confused. After the 60 minute class, I went home with more energy and feeling good. I was ready to keep moving. I ended up buying the Elite membership and scheduled a 45 minute class today. Today's 45 minute workout made me want to walk when I got home, which I haven't done since it became hotter outside.Orangetheory's heart monitor (sold separately) motivates me even more. In the class, I was watching to be in the Orange color during the 60 minute workout. For the 45 minute one, I tried to be at the green as much as I could. When I went for a walk afterwards I used the heart monitor to keep track of my walking. Watching it encouraged me to get and stay on the green for as long as I could. I got my heart monitor from a promotion they are doing for Elite membership (8 classes). After each use of the equipments, we are required to wipe down (disinfect) everything we touched before moving on to the next part of the workout.I am glad orangetheory offers a one free class or else I would have never thought about trying it out. I would recommend it. It's free for one class. It doesn't hurt to try it out and see if you like it. You go at your own pace.

I have tried almost everything. It all depends on what you are looking for and how the gym can help you to reach your goal. Orange Theory Riverstine is the one for me. Friendly staffing, professional coaches, consistent training methods and modern technology... All these helped me to move forward to my fitness goal. 5 stars!

I've always hated exercising, but OTF had definitely changed that. This last year has been the most consistent I have stuck with any exercise regimen. The atmosphere is great and the coaches are very encouraging, especially Coach James. His classes have pushed me to make some amazing progress that I never thought I'd achieve!

Orangetheory Fitness is like no other fitness Center I have ever been to.The sales associates make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the doors. You never feel judged. The coaches are helpful and knowledgeable about the classes they teach. They are always willing to answer your questions. They look out for all their members while the class is in progress. Their music is always upbeat, which I think is a great motivator, for me anyway. The staff at the front desk is always polite and cheerful. I’m sure they have bad days but they never show it. I love how they go out of their way to celebrate a member’s new achievements. That in itself gives the member motivation to continue and grow. Positive environment equals positive feelings. Join an OrangeTheory Fitness Center today. No regrets here, only results🧡
