Love this location of OTF! Friendly staff and nice coaches. I hate working out , but this makes it enjoyable.

Poor communication. Never provided a confirmation email or told that after a 5 minute grace period you are not allowed in the class. Arrived 6 minutes late (still 24 minutes early of class time). Respect for adhering to the company policy but terrible communication of that policy.

Love the technology/heart monitor, calories tracker, etc and no class is ever the same. Coaches keep you motivated. See results quicker than I expected.

Almost 2 months in and love it. Tommy and Sydney are definitely my top 2 coaches. They take personal interest in your goals and push you to get it done.
