It's alright but if you have a demanding job that may switch your schedule hours at a minute notice this is not for you. Cancel a class within 24 hours ur paying for it

Orange theory is very structured. It's great for people who just want to workout and be held accountable. I really like it. Very friendly coaches and staff. Also very clean.

OTF Riverstone is just amazing! I love both the coaches and the staff, they pump you up and keep you going each class. I really appreciate each and every one of them.

I used to think this was a great option, but then I discovered there are quite similar options with far better workouts and more welcoming environment. I wouldn’t have left OT and learned about the better option nearby if they had shown just a little bit of concern for the customer experience. During the COVID delta surge they continued to pack people into classes like sardines despite requests from many to atleast distance the equipment. The manager suggested I come to a 5 am class if I wanted social distancing so I actually got up at 4:30AM to try it only to have the coach overhear the receptionist assure me I’d have social distancing and decide to have us not socially distanced. I was livid and walked out. After 3 years of OT I was not sure what I’d do. Well the OT staff did me a great favor, I used to get bored and constantly watch the clock and sometimes leave early. I used to notice coaches having their posse they spent most of their time with or some coaches not correcting improper form. Well no more! I love my workouts at my new fitness class, I go 5 times a week and feel stronger than ever and the team of coaches is so warm and really pays attention.

If you want a workout that does a great job of combining cardio and weight lifting then Orangetheory is the perfect workout for you. The coaches do a great job of pushing you whether on the treads or with how much weight you are lifting. OTF has benchmarks throughout the year (ex: 1 mild run, 200 meter row) that allow you to push yourself and have goals to work towards. All of the coaches and the studio assistants here at Riverstone are so nice and helpful and help you with whatever you need. I highly recommend!

Since starting OTF on the 31st of March, I’ve lost about 35 lbs. I had been living a pretty sedentary lifestyle for years but it was time to change. I changed my diet and tried out a few group classes offered in my community but settled on OTF. I love the coaches, staff, community … the workouts are challenging, always vary and have done a world of good in helping me to get fit! Over time, I’ve been able to run faster and longer, row harder, and lift more. Love this studio and what it’s done done to motivate me to stay committed to a healthier lifestyle!
