I am obsessed with this place. I look forward to going everyday. I have lost over 12lbs and I started in February 2021. They are very conscious about cleaning and COVID protocol. I wouldn't trade my workouts at SPENGA for anything!!!!!

It’s a wholesome experience for the body and soul with Cardio/ weights and yoga. I love going there every time. All instructors are great and facility has done a really good job to take care of COVID precautions.

Spenga SL is a great place to get a whole-body workout. I enjoy the enthusiasm Stephanie and Roz bring to every session, even at 5 AM! Yoga after a hard workout helps me to wake up feeling refreshed each day.

Great studio with energetic vibe. Love the concept. Scheduling is a challenge so be patient. Most of the instructors are helpful. I think the yoga portion can be a bit rushed. Perhaps a yin style vs a flow might be wise for 20 mins. Temperature of rooms are appropriate but can get hot in the cycling area. Love the variety of exercises from day to day. There may be issues with the bikes and screen data. I'm still very confused about that as It appears not to match and I'm relying on my fitbit. Camila is awesome. So is the young lady on Monday evenings. Clean and I feel safe working out there. Definitely would recommend. A little pricey so still debating if I will continue as I drive 30 mins to this location. Music is awesome and gets me going. Enjoyed the bit of Soca so yes more of that for a Caribbean audience. Please bring one in Missouri city 🙏🏽

I started Spenga in early November 2020 with the goal of increasing strength, improving cardiovascular health, and losing weight. I could tell as soon as I walked in that this workout would be different and challenging but in a positive way. Needless to say, I was hooked from the first class. Their concept is unique and allows for a full body workout incorporating cardiovascular, strength training and stretching (yoga). During spin class, you can track your progress through a performance summary emailed to you right after class. In the strength training class, you have your own workout area with all the necessary equipment and TV monitors instructing the exercise and showing proper form. The guesswork is taken out and you are timed through the reps and rest times. The yoga class at the end allows you to stretch every part of your body while it’s warm (best time to stretch) and flows through breathing and movements. It’s a nice cool down topped off with a few minutes of meditation at the end— the perfect end to a sweaty, challenging, but amazing workout. Now let’s talk about the people— I’ve had amazing instructors, each energetic in their own way, who push, motivate, and lead the class effortlessly - shoutout to a few of my faves: Marla, Stephanie, and Vanessa. The coordinators at the front, Bertie, Esmi, Shelby, Karla, Robin, Jenna, Asheray, and Brenda are so cheerful, helpful, and kind —not just once, but all the time! Spenga is for everyone and anyone trying to be a better version of themselves!

I enjoy the variety of the workout. I’ve always enjoyed cycling and yoga but needed the extra push for the workout with weights. I’ve found that variety with SPENGA. Everyone is welcoming and the instructors bring great energy and music!

Great place for workout.If you looking for a mix of spin, strengthening and yoga then this is the place for you.The trainers are excellent.My personal favorite is Camilla - for her mind blowing playlist .Brenda, Elizabeth-They just help you to reach your extreme and beyond.Lastly Marla for her energetic vibes.Not to forget they maintain all hygiene standards.
