This gym is certainly very money minded. First of all the membership price is too high and then if you can't make it to any class they charge $12 more for it. Although I had unlimited membership and I told them that I was very sick, they told that we cannot do anything and you'll have to pay $12 fees. I did not have more courage to go and argue with them on top of that I was sick too. But definitely not gonna recommend this to anyone and not going back to this gym ever.

I had been to OrangeTheory for six months before quitting.Good points:1. Very good for HIIT training and cardio.2. Their setup of metrics (red zone, orange zone, splat points etc.) might incentivize one to push in more and more.3. OTF policies enforce discipline in you by charging you $22 for missing/canceling a class within 8 hours of class time or reaching the class late (> 5 mins). Although this can be super annoying at times when cancellations are unavoidable.Reasons to quit:1. This place isn't suitable for strength training. You hardly get to spend 15-20 mins for floor exercises, which is of-course not adequate for strength training.2. The classes are over-crowded (especially the 3G ones, where you have 12 * 3 = 36 folks in one class) and coaches literallyhave to constantly blabber the instructions for the three groups which can be overwhelming for both the coach and the trainees.3. They schedule too many floor exercises in a very small time window, and by the time I make myself familiar with the exercise pattern, the time is already up.4. It's impossible for coaches to spend any time to observe and correct your form while doing the floor exercises. I know at least a couple of friends who got knee injuries over time due to wrong postures for squats and deadlift exercises and had to quit OTF for this. I was lucky to avoid injury as I had some experience with the forms of these exercises.5. All coaches haven't been great in my experience, and the classes with good coaches book out in no time.6. Last but not least it's fckin' expensive. $200 per month is way too high. And $22 for missing/cancelling a class is a bit too unreasonable.Long story short, OTF is good to develop the habit of hitting the gym regularly. Once it gets into your routine, you have all reasons to quit and join a regular gym.

Very friendly folks at front desk and great instructors. I would definetly recommend orange theory classes if your goal is to become fit more fit!Especially try out Nathan classes. He is really a super star in there. I love his energy and dance moves especially. One recommendation is to introduce more strength classes instead of 2G/3G classes

The music is very motivating and Coach Nathan keeps an w eye on your form during your workout. In 3 sessions I already feel stronger and can’t wait for my next class.

Great class, awesome cleanliness and sanitization of all machines and also limited the group size to very small number! Glad that I will be joining orange theory fitness! They did a great job adhering to covid safety and sanitization of machines!

I feel bad to give Orange Theory a low rating only because the instructors and staff are super friendly, and the place is clean compared to other gyms, but other than that, there are so many flaws in the gym's system.I signed up for a monthly unlimited membership, which was really expensive, but I was ok with it because they kept telling me it's a flexible membership, and I can cancel anytime without any commitments. When I wanted to cancel, they hit me with the fact that I have to pay for one extra month to be able to cancel, or I can freeze my membership for a monthly fee!! Where is the flexibility?! I feel lied to and tricked into it! They don't tell you that when you sign up, they keep saying it's flexible without providing any details.I canceled anyway, and decided to go to classes in the remaining time I still have. But then to my surprise, a week before my original membership ended, the app prevented me from booking anymore classes! Although I still have a week, and then a full extra month that I'm paying for only to cancel!!!! If this is not a scam then what is?Moreover, the gym is classes only, and you have to book classes in advance, and if you don't show up for any reason, they charge you $12 per class, even when if you pay for an unlimited membership! But the more frustrating part is that they sell too many memberships per location, so good luck booking a class in the first place. There are always 10-15 people on the wait list per class!Overall it was a bad experience and I wouldn't join again or recommend it to anyone.

10/10 would recommend this location. I am located in Fresno and came into this studio on my mini vacation with my mom. Everyone especially the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. It's just a bonus that the workout was awesome like always!

Thought a lot about joining OT because it was beyond my budget but after three classes I would say my decision was not wrong. The type of exercises are really good. There is variety and you don't repeat the workout very often. The coaches are very friendly and accommodating. The best people in OT is the staff. Charan was very helpful and patient while giving the introduction. I would recommend OT. It is a good investment for your health. If it is out of your budget, please cut down on other unnecessary things and join OT.
