Awesome coaches and staff! There are usually fun promotions to keep you extra motivated every month. Be sure to ask if you can get the corporate discount they offer for members with at least 10 employees from the same company. The heart rate monitors aren't always accurate but the workouts are just phenomenal. There are two restrooms and two showers, always clean and well-maintained. Being right next to Starbucks and Philz is great. If you come during peak traffic hours or on Saturday mornings (Farmers' Market), parking at the lot across the street is difficult. The parking garage at Macy's is a good alternate option.

This place may be the best OTF studio that I have ever been too.. actually replace been to is. If you have a chance to get a workout here, I highly recommend it! Best trainers! Personal favorite is Frank for me! He takes the effort to get to know you and what you want to accomplish out of the class. I feel like a new person walking out of there, and it’s just such a close family feel that when you walk I there they always make you feel at home! I promise you won’t regret it!

The coaches hands down! They are so pumped that even a 6 am workout pushes you to give your best. Also, they are very knowledgeable and will help out with any of your questions/ injuries. The additional theme days, benchmark days and contests make things fun. Never once in the 6 months since I started that I felt the workouts were boring! All in all, it's a happy place to be :-D

Complete SHAM scheduling. Impossible to get into a class. Owners obviously pump up the reviews. They’ll tell you people get in all the time. They’ll tell you to use the app. They’re so busy they’ll even let you signup for a class 6 weeks out. Because they know they're so busy they need you to schedule classes as much as six weeks out. Which means if you look at the classes even a week out...you're almost automatically waitlisted. Then they'll tell you lots of people get off the waitlist. But who has time to wait and see if they'll get off the waitlist? You're just always wondering if you'll get into a class...you'll never know.

I joined OTF Sunnyvale when they first opened; unfortunately, I couldn't keep up with the cost of the membership, so I had to stop, but I wish I didn't have to. The instructors here are awesome; try taking classes with different instructors to mix things up and find the style instructor that suits you. Different days/sessions will focus on different exercises. Generally, there's interval training on the treadmill, maybe some rowing to warm up if you're starting out on the strength half of the room. They have cubbies for your things and showers if you need to run to an appointment right after. If you're new and want to try it out, give them a call; the cost to you is just the cost of renting a heart rate monitor. You can see what area your're in during the exercises, so you can adjust your intensity.

The variety from day to day. The fact that everyone can participate no matter your fitness level. I am a fitness instructor and am very picky about my workouts. I haven't gotten bored yet and have been coming to OTF, starting in Palo Alto and moving to Sunnyvale for almost 18 months! Thank you for providing a great workout!

I have been coming here for about 7 months and never has a work out been the same. No matter what condition you are in, you are able to push yourself to your limits or pace yourself while still keeping up with workout. There is a sense of community and the coaches get to know you and what you are capable of to help you exploit the work out the best you can.

I love the variation (interval training; run/row/weights) and that someone is instructing you the whole time. Trainers are enthusiastic and helpful but not overly aggressive or pushy. I like that it's a full body workout - and of course the afterburn is a huge bonus!

The best workout around! If you want the personal-trainer experience without the cost, this is place to get it. I love never having to make a decision about what to do next! Great coaches, great staff, great members!

Love this workout! I feel like I get a balanced and engaging workout that pushes me at each session. I also really enjoy the sense of community at the OTFDTSV studio from the friendly staff and coaches to the various theme days, out of studio events, workshops, etc. I find myself looking forward to my OTF days more and more :)
