It is a very thought out concept. The heart rate monitor and the screen are my biggest motivators to get into the orange zone. I have been taking 2 classes per week for 4 months now. I am getting stronger and not slowing down. It is fun. The coach and crew are very supportive.

One of the best gym experiences I've ever had! I've done Crossfit before and found it too demanding especially for someone like me who has never worked out before. OTF offers great cardio and strength exercises packed into 60 minutes. The equipment is top notch. The coaches are friendly and push you just enough to keep you motivated. The exercises and routines vary slightly each day so it never feels too repetative and you see improvements within a couple of weeks. I've been going there for almost 2 months. It is expensive but if you are at a point in your life where getting back in shape is your top priority and you know you don't have the will power to do it yourself then its totally worth it.

Love the workouts. The coaches and staff are great. I have taken classes of all coaches at DTSV, each has their own style. OTF workouts help me push my limits in a good way and get healthier each day. I have been a member for more than a year now. I highly recommend OTF.

I have had very good experience going to this place. The session/workout are very nice and is a very good experience. The only thing I don't like is how the plans are done. There is rigidity around the # classes per month which cannot be transferred month over month or to a family member. In some cases we ended up losing quite a bit of money cos my wife could go to classes due to health reasons. I would encourage the team to bring in some sort of flexibility in plans.Nevertheless, and excellent place to get a workout

I joined orange theory not really knowing what to expect. I have tried other gyms and end up wasting $$$ on memberships I never use or classes I drudging went to but never really enjoy. Everyone told me to try orange theory so after a year of hearing all the rave reviews, I finally tried out a class. I can't even describe how amazing my body had transformed in just a week of going. I now attend classes 3 times a week, thoroughly enjoy going and can feel results after every class. The workouts that orange theory designs are the perfect combination of cardio and strength. You get to decide how much you want to push yourself. The instructors and staff are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Most importantly, they are very passionate about fitness and seem to really care about each of our progress. You can trust the workout they are delivering is safe, fun and result oriented. I encourage everyone join orange theory. I guarantee you will feel uplifted and healthier after just one class.

The classes are great but you have to make sure to keep track of your classes. Use them or lose them! It's pricey but it's nice to have people pushing you to really use your hour instead of dawdling at a regular gym.The heart rate monitor is not included in the membership price which I thought was a bummer.Staff is nice and instructors are all great.

A good studio with really helpful staff. A little small compared to other studios in the US, but they have a great location. There is a parking lot across the street, but it gets busy during the day. For an easy in and out, book a 6am or 7:15 class. For out of town visitors, they offer heat rate monitor rentals for $5. Just remember to bring your own towel.
