Customer service is horrible. I was charged for Pt that I was told was cancelled and I had nothing to worry about. I am not able to go into the gym right now so I have been calling and leaving messages for the manager and I have not received a call back. The gym is very small and they only apply the rules to certain people.

The more I use their app for the kids care, the more frustrating it is. They already know my info from logging into the app but every time I have to put in all the kids info before making an appointment. They need more slots available for kids. It is making me want to try a different gym that has more appointments available for kids care.

I feel deceived. In January I bought 2 black memberships, one for my eldest daughter and before buying the second membership I asked the person if my 13-year-old daughter could come with me as my guest, to which the person who attended me said yes. We went to the 303 gym without problems, today we came to this new location for the first time because it is the closest to home and my 13-year-old daughter could not enter as a guest and they told me that she can come with me only if I buy her a membership

I'll be comparing this location to the EoS on Bell & 303, as that seems to be the closest comparison. The place is clean (it's also new) and there is a great selection of machines; many machines in fact which the Bell location doesn't have, such as the Ab Coaster, a couple of Arsenal Strength machines which I've not seen before, lots of different cardio machines and these new EGYM weight machines that I believe will be awesome for new and experienced lifters alike. I had the time of my life maxing out on all of the EGYM machines; I could foresee a whole group of gym bro's trying to out-bench each other on the EGYM chest press. Let's hope it doesn't break within the first week. A huge shout-out to Amy, the lead trainer, who walked me through on how to use the EGYM machines, as it's not initially apparent that you need a wrist band in order to record your results. Also, shout-out to Thomas, who gave me his card and encouraged me to write a review.Overall, the gym currently isn't overcrowded like the EoS on Bell was. It has most of the quality equipment like the EoS on Bell as well some extra fun things such as the EGYM, Arsenal Fitness, the Gymeteric leg things and the massage guns. No massage beds at this location, but there are massage chairs; results may vary. One issue I came across in the EoS "Tank" is the cheap application of the massage guns to the wall. Whoever did it used tiny screws to apply the massage guns and the holder to the laminate board which was holding it up, with woodglue holding it to the wall; the laminate & woodglue didn't stand a chance. Out of the two massage gun holders, both fell off completely off the wall within the first week, taking the laminate with it. Let's hope this isn't a precursor to the lasting quality of the gym.(EDIT: The following issue seems to have been fixed, but I'm leaving it here as a reminder)One main issue: the music is LOUD, so loud in fact that I can hear it over my own music; not sure if the people running this place is mistaking it for a nightclub. I think people have complained because the music was turned down to a reasonable level multiple times, but each time I come back, it's LOUD again. People already come to the gym with their own music, so what's the point of LOUD music? I addressed my concerns with one of the staff members at the front who quickly went to see the GM about it. While I was inquiring about the music, another gym member agreed with me and said he had just talked to another guy about how loud the music is.Also, the decision on putting the two dual adjustable pulley cable machines outside is at best questionable, along with the fabric punching bags. Simple items like dumbbells and stationary constructs will be weathered but still operational outside. Anything that is adjustable such as a bench or cable pulley will quickly malfunction over time due to the wind, rain, dirt and dust. The second day the gym opened it rained really hard and the dual adjustable pulley had dirt stains on it from the rain and dirt blowing on it; this does not bode well for the longevity of that complex equipment, nor the fabric punching bags. Last thing, the gym seems to have a theft problem; many gym items have been taken and will be replaced by the gym, but make sure you keep an eye on your stuff and gather your things before you move to a new location in the gym.Overall, the gym is currently, as of its new opening, four out of five stars when the music is too loud, and five out of five stars when the music is at an appropriate level. Here's hoping the gym is appropriately upkept & doesn't fall into disarray within the first couple of months.

Its decent. Some of the front service desk members are alot of times not welcoming. Its not a warm welcome you would appreciate. Maybe cause their super young and havent learned the basics of a friendly warm welcome greeting like ” hello and welcome in “ can go a long way. Seems like their still stuck in being the “cool” i need people to kiss my feet way. Which in all actuality is not the way to raise yourself. It will cause more harm then good for you later down the road. Maybe hire some adults to show them the way? But anyways, the equipment is good, lots of newer styles. Lots of equipment. Tends to be very busy. You’ll get your young crowd , your adult crowd and your older crowd. Good mixture of people. Not a bad gym.

It’s absolutely beautiful! Don’t come here, please!! Everyone stay away! I would like all the fancy new equipment for myself. Seriously, stay where you are…🙃😂 Honestly, I’m super excited to have a nice new gym near by. Can’t wait to what this place has in store for me 🤩 …

The facility is very well equipped and the staff is also helpful. However, the business end of this enterprise is horrible. They can't get billing right. They can't return telephone calls. It seems like they're just too busy to take care of service. I wish I would have read the reviews here and also at the better Business bureau. Had I done that, I sure wouldn't be a member.

My husband and I have been going to the new location on Litchfield and Waddell since opening week. We absolutely love it! Staff is friendly and Kimberly has been especially wonderful! She helped us with our body composition scan, our ideal macros, as well as advice on supplements. She says hi and talks with us about our progress every time we see her! Machines are awesome and the massage chars are the best! 2 thumbs up, keep up the good work!

Equipment is great!! Crowd is a little young and Indra-fluencer heavy. Front desk not super helpful for it being a new facility.

0 stars if I could. The staff there are extremely rude. They will see people standing in the foyer not knowing what to do. No greeting, nothing to make someone to feel welcome. I had seen regret on two peoples faces for coming here. Guess this place doesn't care about customer service. And this being the day when I went to sign up! After reading other reviews, seems like a continuous issue with this staff! Boo EoS Litchfield!
