Andy -Manager of this location- total badass, I asked for the little tool to tighten the pool lanes and he didn’t just hand it to me, he jumped into action and (quite literally) got his hands wet to fix it.Holly & Rhytlee, -kids care managers- I can’t explain to them how happy Orion gets when I tell him let’s go see his girls. I trust very few people with my son and the kids care staff are more than capable. The kindness and genuine care that I feel when we walk in. They turn a rough day into peace every time without question or hesitation. Thank you for what y’all do!! 💚

I tend to go super early so I usually don't run into issues.However the people that work the front desk are super helpful and very nice.Plenty of cardio and strength equipment.However some of the cleaning around the facility could be better.

I have been working out at EOS since day one at the Bell and 303 location. I now have been working out at the Litchfield location, the gym is always clean and the locker rooms don’t have a nasty smell to them. The Young gentleman who is the Head Manager is always up and doing something and very welcoming. There is almost always someone at the front desk to welcome you in, and aren’t just sitting on their phones and goofing off.

Two months ago my wife and I joined this gym. During this time we have observed people young and old sitting at workout equipment on their phones for like 10 to 15 minutes. Sad to say mostly privileged old people. do not clean their area where they have worked out. Being old myself I am embarrassed for them. The gym that I go to is over packed with to many memberships and they just keep signing more and more people. A lot of times the areas that keep the cleaning sprays are empty or there are no more paper towels. My wife and I are considering of closing our membership. This is a fantastic gym but is managed poorly.. People that go to a certain workout area or even a bench spend way to much time on one piece of equipment looking for that perfect song to workout to or texting.

I REALLY love this EOS even better then the one on Bell. It is smaller and the pool is smaller but it's never too crowded to where you can't get on the machines you want even during peak hours. I absolutely love the massage chairs at this location over the hydomassage at the other location. They had these exact same chairs at Gold's gym where I was a member previously. The movie room is great! So is the compression sleeve and massage gun room and the out door area is bigger and nicer then the other location. Staff are super friendly here. I have not had one bad interaction at this gym. Best gym and location I've been a member of. I will continue to come back. My only gripe is that it's been open for a month and a half and the pool and sauna are not up and running yet. Other then that and maybe needing a bigger parking lot I love this location.

Great gym and not to crowded for a Tuesday afternoon

I'm glad to have close by my house this club!! 5 minutes driving, everything is brand new and people is nice...

Overcrowded and dirty gym. How can management not notice how dirty the bathrooms are? Showers and stalls are pretty dirty.

When you go to sign up, it's like going to a used car lot. Someone interviews you then their boss has to come interview you and attempt to push pushing a hired trainer on to you. I had to be firm saying I didn't need their help for the use of their machines.. Since then, I go in and use the machines with further annoyances..

I was interested in joining, poor customer service, rudeness, and disinterested to even talk to me is what I was met with. More interested in making a sale and getting my money. Refused to give a tour until I signed up.
