This place is amazing! I just left the gym paying six times the price for far less. Ryan C and Kimberly were great help with showing me how different equipment worked.My new home!!

I recently had a great experience at EOS gym, thanks to the excellent customer service provided by Josiah at the front desk. He was very welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable and ensuring I had a great workout. Josiah's friendly and personable demeanor helped to create a welcoming atmosphere and foster a sense of community within the gym. Overall, I highly recommend EOS gym for their great facilities and exceptional staff.

I am kind of upset at how the 7 day trial does not cover me for child care. I am a mom of four and three of my kids go to school except the little one. Mornings are the best time for me to go to the gym and could not use the trial because they will not give childcare. Over at YMCA when I got my 7 day trial they did offer all services including the childcare.

Easily the best eos I’ve been to. It is a little cramped on the inside just because there’s so many machines but still really clean. They have a ton of newer/ nicer equipment that you would usually only see in private gyms. Between the pendulum squats, the new bumper plates and the custom barbells at the lifting platforms (8 platforms), the new EGYM equipment (look it up), and the 5 massage chairs in the recovery room, this place is amazing.

Great facility but parking options are not great...try to go in less traffic time if possible. Pool closed...maybe next time.

Opens February 15th the staff member there said. Looked almost ready to go.

I went in the place at 3 pm January 22nd, i did a membership with them and I told them thank you and I wanted to look at the equipment they had one of the members treated me rude and told me to get out it was closed in a rude tone. And I went to talk to him and he kept his attitude. And I want to talk to the manager.

If I could do 0 stars, I would. I was quick to enroll soon as I heard one would be opening nearby. I joined the blue card (9.99) back in November. Until recently (2 months ago in December) i wanted to upgrade to the 14.99 black card. I went over to the enrollment center outside and was told I will be contacted due to them not having their computers and a manager would do it for me. No one ever called, I’ve reached out 3 times and nothing. After going in person multiple times and being told “a manager will reach out”, today on the phone I was told since “a lot is going on” to just cancel my membership. Terrible experience from the get-go, and their not even open yet 👍

Called like 5 times since this gym has opened not 1 time has anyone answered poor customer service for a new business in the area

I tried to ask about what the $10 membership involved at the Bell Rd and 303 EOS and they would not tell me as if it's some scam secret to rip people off. I was told I had to come here and then ask my question which is very suspicious that they couldn't just answer my question then and there.
