They are scammers take me 50 call to cancel my account and they are liars don’t trust everything they say and guy name cris he is manger don’t deal with him he’s a lier called him many times to get my refund and every day he say something different I have to call my bank and dispute the charges never go there or deal with them

From a swimmers perspective, horrible. Pool area feels like a sauna, absolutely no ventilation, pool water you can take a bath in its so hot.

Once again they have billed without permission as they often do. They just bill whenever they want and to keep to agreements. I thought it was resolved once but it happened again today.Update July 31st they continue to bill me for PT that I cancelled on 6-28 they refuse to stopPut on hold for 43 minutes no manager on the line I had to hang up for an appointment. If you want to be completely ignored sign up for PT!

I had a issue where I needed a managers help so I called and Izzy(not sure if I spelled it right) was so nice and helpful and got me in touch with manager Andy who fixed everything so fast! I really appreciate how nice and helpful they both were! Highly recommended!
