Didn't offer a refund after salesman snuck in towel service. Never used the towels but would not give it back! This location is also packed and may not be for everyone.Update: Cleared up the billing issue with the towels

Nice staff, good atmosphere, a lot of options! Must try the recovery room. I was visiting from Ohio but would get a membership if I loved there!

eos has disgusting business practices. they’ll have you sign an agreement without even turning their monitor towards you to disclose the terms of said agreement, and when you try to cancel you can’t for 6 months, this giant corporation won’t let me cancel a charge of $140 and as a teenager who works 50+ hours a week still barely making ends meet in this economy, they certainly do not need my $140 dollars more than i do and its absurd that it takes having a medical condition or moving homes to get the plans cancelled. i will never utilize an eos facility again in my life and will forever advise anybody that i know against doing so.

I had a billing issue associated with my account. I wasn't the easiest to deal with in the moment either. The associate I worked with over the phone, Jerzie, did a fantastic job staying focused on the issues and working towards resolving them. Throughout our entire phone call she was always careful not to give a wrong answer and if she didn't know the answer she was checking with her manager to see what options could be done to resolve my issue. In the end, my issue would take 3 separate requests by Jerzie to resolve my billing issues. These are the types of associates EOS needs for customer retention by providing excellent customer service and problem resolution. Thank you Jerzie!

I was so happy when I found out they were building an EOS closer to El Mirage. It took forever to build but it finally opened in March-ish 2023. It is a very busy location (just like the 303/Bell location) but if you love group classes like I do, just reserve your spot 24 hours before the scheduled class through the app and you're golden. I love Aqua Zumba with Nikki Raymonde and Hot Hula with Cenderilla specifically. They are both friendly and fantastic instructors. They love what they do and it shines through their performance.

Nice variety of equipment and friendly staff, but the lack of fans in the building makes it miserable to work out on a hot day. The middle of the gym is covered, but no fans hitting most of the cardio machines, dumbbell rack or leg equipment. A man can only handle so much swass

Excellent gym with all the amenities you lil heart desires… it’s about 3 months old however, I’ve NEVER worked out at a gym where so many people don’t wrack weights or wipe down equipment. Here’s a hint, take your own sanitizer wipes because there ain’t many cleaning stations here and the ones they have are poorly located. This gym had zero dedicated personal to keep the gym tidy and move equipment/weights in proper area like others do but, I’ll deal with it. Great value for the cost. Enjoy!

I’ve belonged to different gyms over the years including owning a real iron gym in the 1980’s Great choice of equipment including new machines that automatically set your exercise weight amount and tempo and maintain a record of your progress. Not too crowded and I am almost always able to use the stations or benches when I come in. Staff is very nice and as a new facility very clean. If you are a newbie to exercise this place is not intimidating. My wife goes to number of group classes and loves the instructors I have no hesitation in recommending EOS as a choice people should consider if you want to start with a gym
