I love EOS location. The employees are really helpful and always friendly. Emily is great. She is always professional and there when I need her.

Customer service is bad. I was told that my pt was canceled and that they submitted a cancellation yet I still got charged. I won’t be in town and will be getting surgery and can’t make it to the gym.I tried contacting them via e-mail and got told there wasn’t a cancelation request and that they can’t bend the rules. Hence that i was never guided or told to submit anything! I have sent an email to the email provided in the contract and got no answer regarding my cancellation from over two weeks ago.

Love this spin/dance class Bose Ijaola and Cecilia Armour are the best when it comes to good music. The music makes the class for me. Bose is my favorite with hip hop/Caribbean/African vibes that we literally ride the beat to with added arm movements, its a party. She be lit! All we need are some drinks lol. Cecilia has more of the house/latin vibes fun and can ride the beat to dance if you want but it's not as much of a rhythm "dance" class. She has great energy to keep you going. You're going to get a really good sweat with both of these classes.

The customer service SUCKS. The manager is rude. I sent out an email for pt cancellation and didn’t get a response confirming the cancellation the so called manager responded stating that I already emailed him 3 times! Last time I sent an email nobody actually responded so yeah I’m going to send out emails till i get confirmation so I don’t get ripped off! Now I gotta pay extra money when I’m not even going :) I recently lost my job and gotta pay 136$ for nothing! And you know how hard life has been in this economy!! I’ll never recommend this to anyone. They didn’t show me the terms and conditions, nothing at all.STAY AWAY FROM THE PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM.They don’t care about you, they only care about money.

We love this new gym, it’s clean and has great equipment. All the employees are kind - Jerzey in particular is always so nice and helpful!

Horrible experience. Do not sign up here, it was a nightmare. Their employee Scott was rude & also KICKED me and my gf out for “not taking it seriously enough” & “not paying attention to him” after I explained nicely i wasn’t interested in any extra deals TWICE. I canceled my membership & tried reaching out to managers to no response except one and after hearing about it, didn’t care and just said he’d speak to ANOTHER manager about it. All they cared about was selling me nutrition plans, meal plans, trainers, classes, etc. It’s worse than a dealership. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS $$$ DO NOT GO HERE.

Parking is tricky when arriving around 5-7pm. Classes are great. The instructors took the time to help me out when forst classes. Customer service is wonderful, too. I recently had a question about billing and they were able to help me out.

I really like this gym however, getting your app to actually work and have the bar to scan to check in has been hectic. I still do not have it working have to walk in and literally give my phone number before I can work out and it is so small in there and crammed but Other then that the atmosphere is nice and the place is clean and well sanitized staff well haven’t had to much interaction after asking about the app they had no clue and gave me a weird email to contact someone.

Crawling with teenagers that loiter and misuse equipment. Don’t try swimming in the evening, it’s their pool party hour and front desk staff can’t do anything about it
