I had done some research on my own looking into treadmill option, but wanted to see them in person and discuss options. I went in looking at treadmills, Andy went through a dozen different options until we found one that fit my specific needs. It was great that they had all of the models on hand that I could try out before making a decision. We scheduled a time to get it delivered to my apartment and it was delivered a couple of days later to my apartment, which they had no problem getting it up a two flights of stairs to the room it was going in. The two guys had it build really fast and made sure we didn't have any questions before they left. Great experience all around.

I visit Syracuse Fitness often and find the most knowledgeable professionals in the business. I am given a little time to browse and someone is always available to answer my questions without the high pressure sales approach. On my last visit I was prepared to spend a lot more than I did because the gentleman helping me figured out exactly what I needed to achieve my fitness goal and nothing more. I appreciate having a local business with quality products and staff available to help me on my terms. Great store. Great service.

Terrible customer service. I was not greeted upon entering the "business", nor was I asked if I needed assistance or had any questions. In fact, I had time to Price compare Amazon for the dip/ pull up station I was looking at. Not only did I get a better deal on Amazon, but I also got to try out the equipment and use their WiFi to order the workout equipment. Seems like the manager was too busy watching football to be bothered with my 500 dollar purchase. Thanks for the free WiFi, and super discount on Amazon!
