DON’T BELIEVE THE HYPE!!!!!!!!Extremely poor customer service. Jay is a rude scrub with zero customer service skills. They claim to nurture and support their members but the reception I received for just asking ONE QUESTION, these scrubs are just gym meat idiots that obviously look down on those trying to better themselves. Must feel good to Jay to work in a gym where he is in shape so he can talk down to and look down on those of us that aren’t!

Customer service at CRUNCH Fitness is above average and superior to any fitness gym I have been to. They work with you in everyday possible and have all the fitness needs you need. Not to mention u can't forget the hydro massager.

Though smaller than what I am accustomed to with a gym, it works great for my needs and love going there now. Wish more people would re-rack their weights, but that's more people thinking about themselves and not others, and not the fault of Crunch.Glad you guys finally opened in the summer after that wait.

Crunch they are so friendly so nice they always greet you when you come in and greet you when you go. They make it their business to know who you are one day I called in and I did not give a name and the front desk Jasmine said how r u doing Althea and I said how do you know this is me and she said Althea I know your voice anywhere and I thought that was so awesome that they know they customer so well that they know them by they voice.

Simple and effective. Hydro massage is a must. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money for a higher tier membership and take care of your body with longevity with the hydro massage.At ten bucks a massage, and a peak membership ( roughly 50 bucks) five work outs a month or once a week, and it pays for itself.Now imagine going 2-7 times a week and making all that money back in a week.People lie, numbers don't.

Great energy and environment to be at! Working out there is a breeze. At times it may get busy but that’s because a lot of people are just trying to better themselves and that’s no problem. You may have to wait but it’s no biggie. There is definitely no judgement here. Customer service is great and there’s really nothing to complain about.

I've only been a few times since they opened... but I love the openness with a great floor plan, cleanliness, many machines. The employees have all been nice & helpful. So far so good. Keep up the good work. Thanks for the affordability too, I wouldn't be there without it.

Love this gym with their no judgement zone. Absolute feels like I am not judged and it is a nice atmosphere to want to work out in. They have 2-3 rows of any cardio machine you could ever want to use, 2 rows of strengthing machines and a beautiful area for weights!Favorite gym I've been in.

signing up was an easy and delightful process. i felt welcomed and comfortable. i didn’t feel pressured or talked into anything. and i felt as though i left with a really amazing deal. my husband even loves crunch!! and the extras they offer aren’t like any other gym!!

Excellent weight equipment. Everything I need for my starting strength regimen.Staff are very friendly, especially the trainers.My only complaint would be the cost of personal training sessions. $600 for 1 month of starting strength training is a bit excessive when I only need help with my snatch technique. The PT I met was an extremely cool guy, but that's rent money right there, and than some.Got some bloody shins trying to get my snatch down which is why I sought out the help, but I'll have to keep rereading the book and watching YouTube videos until I get it.Gym goers are also some of the kindest people I've met. One man taught me the sumo squat for heavier deadlifts when I was being a bit overzealous when establishing my starting weight. Another gym goer tried his best to teach me the snatch technique on my first attempt to learn. Took 65 lbs to the face and had a good laugh over it.I look forward to every session at this gym.
