Staff is nice. Wish hours were longer but I totally understand staffing issues. Love this gym and very clean.

Currently in the car and every penney counts. For $25 I get a shower that is as long as I want and any time of day, at any location, a workout that is not dominated by people cruising or staring at themselves in mirrors, and the use of the massage chairs (which if they had a few attachments I would strongly consider marriage). I would sell blood to keep this membership active. Thanks very much for this value

Great Deal!But......Over the years the gym has significantly declined. (2017 joined)The machines are caked in dust. I have not seen an employee clean anything in a long time.Mutiple Black Card amenities are out of order (over a month)Staff does nothing about lunkheads harassing those less fit than them. ("That's my machine" "I actually need this, do you even know how to use it?") You are told "point them out next time and we will have a talk"The tanning rooms have no hooks or mirrors. The floor is bubbling. The only place to put your belongings is a disgusting table that turns the rag black when you attempt to clean prior to placing belongings on it. Buttons for tanning are worn away and you cannot tell what buttons you push. Causing bed to turn off and you then can't tan for 24 hours.

Friendly staff, great equipment excellent showers and awesome hydrotherapy beds. Love the cheap rates for prime service

The equipment and locker rooms are always clean, and the staff are all friendly! Even on the busiest days I'm always still able to get on the machines.

Eastside PF is GREAT! Large space with every machine imaginable. Huge spa area with many spa chairs and beds. Friendly staff and always clean. It's the best location in Tacoma.

Fav place to workout! Not crazy packed. Love the new (new to me) massage chairs & hydro lounge/beds. I haven't used the other things the black card members have access to.

my truck was almost broken into last night while i was there i guess the place has been shot up recently and a worker and homeless man where stabbed same day at this location. people that work there tho are super cool and helpful when i ran back in to let them know i needed footage (still haven’t gotten that yet) but regardless for the safety of yourself don’t go here

Friendly staff. They are very supportive of me to assist me to reach my goals. I have lost 88lb since joining Planet Fitness. The personal training classes are great. I can focus on upper or lower toning or both depending on how much time I have that day. The classes are broken down that way. Thank you Planet Fitness.

Great staff and friendly service. Have been a fan of planet fitness for years. I just don't feel safe leaving my vehicle alone with all the drug use outside. It just keeps expanding and I can't afford to pay for 1 broken anything.Other then that I would give 5 stars.
