Planet Fitness is hands down the best gym in town. They have more than enough weights for everyone there. The locker rooms are clean.

Nice place and the staff there keep it clean. PF has everything that a person would need to get fit without all the bells and whistles that other places charge hundreds of $ for.After a long while PF finally did some patch work on the parking lot.

Very clean, friendly staff, inviting environment, judgement free zone. There's people from all walks of life and it's so affordable! The only thing that planet fitness lacks is childcare and i hope someday they add it.

Clean environment. Members are respectful. No gymtimidation. Contactless checking. Good variety of equip. Ample parking. Tanning machine and red light therapy for black card members. Affordable pricing. Only downside is I wish they had a swimming pool which they don't have.

The staff is incredibly friendly. Equipment is always clean and functional. The locker room/bathroom/showers are always clean and well maintained. Let's not get started on the hydromassages. Absolutely amazing!

Totally addicted to the gym. I love this place. Absolutely the best choice out of all the gyms. Planet Fitness has really everything to offer. Well, there's not a pool or sauna- steam room but they have everything else.

I would highly recommend that members of Planet Fitness attend another club if possible. The owner of this particular club has decided that it's appropriate to up charges without informing members (in Aug. I was charged 31.40, been paying 24.30 for the past year) - no information as to why we were overcharged for the month of August. Also, I decided that I did not wish to attend a health club during the COVID crisis, called in Aug. to advise them of this and was advised that I could call up to 3 days before my bill due date to freeze my account each month - I do so in Sept. and they still charge me. Also, prior to COVID, I had a discussion with a staff member about freezing accounts and was advised that they could do so for a max of 3 months at a time. Now all of a sudden they're requesting (during a world health emergency) that members do so every month. There are twitter and Facebook comments about the lack of enforcement for PF regarding members wearing mask throughout the club when not exercising. And when I went in last night to cancel my membership, low and behold, the staff weren't wearing mask. People are using equipment and not wiping them down after and even if they did, proper use of sanitation methods include leaving the solution on the surface for up to 10 minutes before wiping. Horribly disgusted in this club's lack of compassion during these times, especially since COVID disproportionately affects people of color and they're located in a neighborhood that is predominately people of color! Their business tactics at this time are ethically questionable and I've filed a BBB and a Tacoma/Pierce Health Dept. complaint so hopefully they will get audited re the lack of proper procedure during this health crisis. Will never join a PF again after this experience.

When they say it’s a judgment free zone, they mean it. I am so glad I signed up with Planet Fitness, specifically at the 72nd site! Incredible people there 24 hours a day! Every time I walk in and see the staff, they are always encouraging. I have had the chance to even talk to some of them about why I joined and discuss my health journey! 5-Star recommendation for a 5-star group of people!

It’s clean, great staff, great vibe, and members are following all social/fitness distancing requirements while also helping to keep facility/equipment clean after use. It gives you a great place to be during these hard times of the pandemic. Knowing you still have a place to come to, to relieve your mind.

Nice staff very customer service oriented lots of parking and cleanest stand up tanning bed I’ve been in at a planet fitness in years. No nasty smudges nothing. The man even checked it was clean before I entered. So appreciated!
