Yes, it's squeaky clean. Fairly new equipment and well maintained. Outside needs a little lawnicure.I really like the design of the shower room. Double curtains...though no soap is provided but I'm satisfied with the various hooks built-in. Don't forget to bring your own soap and shampoo if you intend to take a shower there.

Im not the type to go to the gym and do workouts at home or run my block... But this gym is great. The staff here is great from helping members. Its ALWAYS clean. Even members are nice compared to most gyms I've been too. PF also stand behind their core values and i love that they have a no judgement zone and members respect that.

So sad to see different faces, employees seem to be a lot more down than before. I’m the type of person who likes being a member where I feel welcomed since I spend a lot of time away from home. I’ve been going to almost all of the local locations for years and something just feels off. I’m no longer greeted by smiles and some of the staff when asked say they are not happy with the way Things recently went down. I don’t know what that means but due to the lack of customer service I’m going to have to cancel mine and the rest of my families memberships. Plus gyms are getting very dirty.....

The east side gym is always spotlessly clean - and even when it's crowded, you can always find a space to work out. The staff are one of the best things about this gym - so friendly and helpful. We look forward to seeing them every time. Jasmine, especially, has been fantastic with our family. And though they're no longer there, Brandon and George were as well - we miss them. I appreciate everything the east side planet fitness does to encourage it's members and make the space welcoming and totally non judgemental! Many thanks to Denise and her crew for all they do.

I came in as a guest, and currently have my own membership at a different gym. But Planet Fitness was very clean and organized well, smelled better than most gym's I have been in and all of the equipment was clean and well taken care of. Other patrons were courteous, and it was a very comfortable atmosphere.

Today was my first day as a member and i did Not feel welcomed. The staff members kept changing who was helping me and it didn’t make sense why. I purchased some tanning equipment and then the lady said okay you’re all set and i said Can i get The items i just Purchased? And she said with a very rude tone “i dont Know what you got” (because one person started the transaction and she finished it.) instead of something along the lines of sure what we’re those items? Then i had to ask if someone could show me how the bed worked because again, it was my first time. The staff member seemed annoyed that I needed help. I asked If there was a scale and the staff member said “no we’d get fired if we had one” it was a simple question. But I don’t see why there isn’t a scale in the locker room. How are people supposed to know their progress? It’s a choice if someone were to use it. You don’t have to force someone to use a scale if they don’t want to i feel It should be there just as a convenience feature.The gym facilities are nice tho and i enjoyed My workouts. Just not the interaction with the staff. I felt That the staff was rude and unwelcoming. Customer service training definitely lacks here.

I have been a member just under a month.The 24/7 hours of PF means I can work out anytime that's convenient for me. The tanning and massage are worth the cost alone. The staff is very helpful. And there is security.I have never had any issues, even on those nights when I can't sleep and I go workout at 1am.Wish they had a pool ... other than that I highly recommend it.

Facility is safe, clean and offers a wide range of equipment. Staff is VERY good … sharp, courteous and professional. I've read a few complaints about the parking lot, I have no idea what they're talking about . Lot is well-paved, smooth, roomy and offers easy in-&-out access. Highly recommend this facility.

First day going was yesterday, I was given a tour as expected but treated with the utmost respect and motivated just touring the place. The equipment is awesome and all the benefits you get as a black card member is worth the extra money. I had a great work out and didn't feel stupid not knowing exactly what i was doing. I was assured that i could have the trainer there help me find a fitness plan that worked for me. I love the fact that its a non judgmental place made me feel 1000 times more comfortable. Parking lot was a bit sketchy wish they had better lighting

Normally I go to the university place location but it's been closed for a few days so I came to this location yesterday. I must say I was super impressed. The second I stepped into the facility I was in love. The front desk were very friendly and informative. The bathrooms are very clean and well kept. There are tons of equipment with a good variety of different machines to use. I have nothing bad to say about this gym. I will definitely make this my permanent gym.
