This is the absolute worst Planet fitness ever! If this was the only one I would cancel my subscription!!! Every time I come her there is a problem with staff, professionalism, and help and not just with me I've witnessed how they treated other customers as well. 72nd n McKinley Planet fitness is horrible. I recommend the 99th n Pacific! Trust me!

This place is getting popular, for good reason - attentive, cordial help, very clean and comfortable setting. Don't let the full parking lot fool you, there's plenty of machinery and weights available!

I really like the privacy and how clean it is. Sucks they don't have a sauna, but get on one of those treadmills and you'll be sweating in no time.

This is my regular gym and I generally like it. The layout is a bit odd, but I've found that to be true of any Planet Fitness I've been to, so not a huge concern.My one big gripe is that they allow people to exercise with masks off (I know it's technically within the letter of the law at this point in time), which makes me a bit uneasy.

I was a loyal member of Planet Fitness for more than a year and today my membership got cancelled with no explanation by employee Megan that worked on 7 pm on tue December 21, very rude and unprofessional.I understand mask policy but out of all people that didn’t have their mask on while working out, she decided to cancel mine. I was on my station working out when I received cancellation letter, saying that I violate the policy, when I came up to front desk I was giving no explanation. Megan was stating that multiple employees came up to me and tell me to put mask on, but please look at your cameras between 6-7pm, no one came.I am really disappointed and I will cancel all of my family memberships because I don’t want to pay for the gym that treat their customers like that. I never thought I’d get this experience from planet fitness….

The club is fine but if you get enrolled, its really hard to cancel. Some locations had been closed off and on during the last year yet did not make cancellation as fluid as joining. You had to physically show up at your original "home" location or send a certified letter (at times, to a closed location) Staff are friendly but sometimes misinformed. Its a health club that we joined for the 24 hour aspect but unable to enjoy that feature any more.

Very unreliable with their hours. On the Planet Fitness App, on Google and their sign on the door, it states that Friday and Saturday is 24 hours. I come today (Friday), at 3:30am only to have the doors locked and not a single employee there. I rang the door button twice and waited 5-7 minutes. What an utter disappointment. It's one thing to be open at 6am 5 days a week. But then this... I'm not sure if the black card membership is worth the price if the hours don't change. I've noticed a lot less workers cleaning the area as well. I do understand that COVID has resulted in understaffed environments, but I disagree with the mislead advertisement.

This is honestly the best gym I've ever been to. I enjoy the variety to displays (TV's), machines (I only found one that was missing) and even out they had a MASSAGE SPA! A MASSAGE SPA! I may have just had bad gym's in the past but this one's exceeded all my expectations, the only minor setback was one machine was missing from their array of workout equipment. The gym also has lockers and showers available.

This location was very helpful. The river road in puyallup location on the other hand not so great. The guy Josh or Jonathan, younger guy with blond hair always with bun on top, needs to be fired. He is never helpful for anything and is always rude. Why is he there if he can't help with anything?. Had me go into tanning bed only to not turn bed on so I had to go back out to ask why? He then tells me I have a old account I closed in 2018 that has a waver on it. Yet my account is active and no past money owed. Could have told me before I went into room got undressed. And all for nothing. I went down talked to manager and it was all cleared up. He is useless. So I had to go tanning at different location. Then my son wanted to upgrade his account, so we went down there to river road since we live in puyallup, only for him again tell us he can't help us. We have to do everything ourselves on app. But app was telling us to go in person, so once again we went to tacoma location and the man there helped us and got it all done for us.
