Had my jeans and keys stolen out my bag and my semi broke into..Planet Fitness would not allow the cops to view the footage cause a manager isn't available..Now I'm waiting till 6am for a manager to come in and allow the officer to view the tape and this happened at 9pm..So not only do I have to wait for this authorization, I'll be late for the delivery ..If you're a place of business thats is open 24hrs a manager should be on every shift in case of a situation.. I definitely will be BLASTING THIS ALL OF SOCIAL MEDIA for how this situation was handle by PF...Most unsafe gym I've been to across America

Lots of exercise equipment. Helpful and pleasant personnel. Not a meat market. Crowd meter helps you determine a good time to go. Disinfectant stations everywhere. Clean bathrooms. Great fee structure. Lots of TVs to watch while you work out.

Stopped by this location yesterday. Spoke to a young lady with dark hair at the desk to get information about a membership. I am not sure if the other woman, who was older was a manager or supervisor, but she kept interrupting our conversation when I was not even speaking to her. They need to work on their customer service, and how to speak to people overall. Being polite will cost you nothing.

Staff are friendly and helpful. This is plenty of equipment, so I can do my entire workout routine without any wait time. The equipment is also designed with safety in mind. I like my Planet Fitness location on North Monroe Street in Tallahassee.

I’m in shock right now I have had my black card membership for around 1-2 years now and I have been back and forth around the usa this has to be THE BEST PLANET FITNESS I’ve ever been to this plays IS HUGE compared to some of the other places I’ve beenthe equipment is cleanBathrooms are cleanTHER ARE SO MANY MIRRORS IN THE BATHROOMI love mirrors at the gymWonderfully nice staffComfy chairs in the black card spaSo much more!!Definitely would not recommend getting the regular membership100% GET A BLACK CARDThere are so many benefitsI wish I can date this place higher

I really love the fact that there is no pressure in the atmosphere. Once you step foot in the facility, you feels like warmness and calm feeling. There are plenty of guys who workout there, but they don't make you feel intimidated. You can go in there with never working out a day in your life and feel comfortable. There are tons of machines available, even on busy times so you will never have to wait. I have only been a member for 3 weeks and I am glad to have taken that step. I haven't missed a schedule gym day thus far.

Whenever I am asked for a recommendation for a gym I always say Planet Fitness. Always a good environment. The people there are always helpful and kind. The other members are almost always willing to share equipment when they are done and always seem to have a good time. The cleanliness is usually very good. There is usually enough gym equipment (except sometimes weights and benches during peak time) and if there isn’t, it usually clears pretty quickly. I feel comfortable enough to go alone (as a young woman who doesn’t go to get gas alone). I can’t speak for the black card perks, as I don’t have that, but for just having the basic membership it is a really good place to go.

I like coming to this location. It's not far from my home and has plenty of open machines available when I go. The massage chairs are also great to use. I gave it a 4 though because there are some things I think could be better. For example, you do have to crook your neck some to see the TVs from the bicycle machines. Overall though, it's not a bad experience.

I started going to this Gym about 3 weeks ago with a friend. Really enjoyed it so I decided to get a membership of my own so I can go in the morning before work. It is not over crowded at all in the AM and I get my whole routine done in a timely fashion. The staff is always smiling and super nice. The only reason I didn't give ya'll 5 stars is because the showers are not very clean. And I have to use them after my work out before work so hopefully they will get cleaned soon so I don't feel like I'm at a camping ground shower room tomorrow. The rest of the facility appears to be very clean and well maintained. I look forward to being apart of the Planet Fitness Family on my journey to weight loss and a healthier life style!

I actually really like this place. I went here last year and ended up quitting because of one of the staff members wouldn't leave me alone. I tried it again and it looks like they got a whole new team. Everyone I've seen is so kind, the place is clean, and for a newbie I feel comfortable which is a huge plus for me. Definitely recommend the black membership. The hydro massage is a perfect after workout treat!
