Extremely friendly service and a large array of workout equipment, especially for cardio such as elipticals and tredmills. The memberships are relatively cheap for a gym even with the annoying sign up and annual fees, which are fully disclosed. I do reccomend a black card if you're thinking about signing up, it comes with a lot of benefits to justify the increased cost. The drinks offering in the vending machines are still overpriced though, even with the black card discount.

We moved here from Michigan and I've been reading the reviews on all the Planet Fitness in Tallahassee. Many people complaining they are not wearing mask at feb gym.So, my husband and I decided to try this location.... did not even walk inside!! First, through the windows, I see employees with mask on but not covering mouth or nose. Then, look over and see more than half of the patrons not wearing mask.So, do I dare try another location and waste my time?? Not sure but you'll definitely be seeing my review on whatever location I try next.

They don’t let you cancel your membership unless you are in person or send a letter in the mail. You can’t even call them and tell them your information that you would otherwise just write in a letter. It’s a total scam. Make sure to cancel before you move otherwise you’ll be stuck in this trap.Update: what the owner of this planet fitness said below is incorrect. They will not let you cancel over the phone

It's is challenging every visit and I am impressed with the muscles strengthen i now built back up and the weight I've lost in one month of joining as a member. Looking forward to more weight loss and feeling healthier. Very satisfied

What a joke. Revolving door of people who don’t know what they’re doing. Absolutely incompetent staff. Spent 8 months going almost daily and the amount of people I saw come and go in is shocking. Both staff and patrons, revolving door. If you like working out around people who have no clue about gym etiquette or staff that could care less about anything then this is your place.

I have been going to this gym for a while and I have no complaints. The staff is nice and helpful, they work hard to keep the place clean. They have put up signs to help with social distancing. Overall I this is a good place to workout.

This is a great place to start out at if you don’t have a ton of work out experience. The staff is always super nice and the facilities are always clean! Super important, especially in the current times we live in! Two thumbs up!

I left a comment about some sticking leg machines and within 48 hours the manager called me to tell me the issues will be addressed ASAP. Who does that anymore??? I feel like the management really cares and wants to make sure each member has a great experience. 5 stars from me for sure!

I've been to quite a couple gyms over the years and can definitely say that this gym has one of the most family like welcomes where I feel not only invited, but appreciated. I see so many people go to this location all day everyday and I don't see how this place doesn't have the five stars it deserves. If people have time for a 45 minute workout they should dedicate to such a great place by leaving a 3 minute review. Keep up the great work N Monroe Planet Fitness!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. The place is clean. I feel comfortable working out here. People keep their distance the best they can. The black card is great for being able to use the other planet fitnesses in the area. Although this location has been the best so far.
