Nice staff. Very clean. Good music. Family friendly. Healthy place to workout. Facilities and equipment always kept in working order. They have trainers for support and advice. Always open. Always have a nice time there with my son and always get a great workout in. Great job Planet Fitness!....AND they've gotten rid of the silly mask requirement. Because of Gov. DeSantis recent order some local businesses down here have, and as a Marine I seriously appreciate that.

Very happy with this gym. January is expectedly busy and machines get well used, but the other 11 months, not crowded, well maintained. Clean locker rooms.

I love it, staff are always friendly and they keep it clean. The ladies bathroom has gone downhill in the past 3 months. But overall it's a great place to workout.

What to say thank you to the lady my wife and I spoke with yesterday on the phone that canceled my wife's membership . She was very understanding about why my wife canceled and very professional. She sent a email in less them 30 seconds to confirm that the agreement was terminated. Thanks again and Planet fitness should be very happy to have you on their staff.

Just recently moved from the Tampa location the machines at this location are not up to par. Assistant manager that was there today was very rude with trying to change my home gym, did not show me around or ask if I had any questions about their gym. I would assume they would give me a tour since it’s my first time or the very least point to important things I should know from the desk. I walked around for 3 minutes looking for daily lockers that has a combination pad (that’s what they have in Tampa) until I realized they don’t have it. Machines are old and they don’t have ALOT of machines that the one in Tampa has, very disappointed. During my time there I saw no worker going around cleaning machines like they do in Tampa. This gym is a complete downgrade and based on this one visit I decided to cancel my membership because it’s a waste of money at this specific gym.

I love the amount of space in the gym. The bathroom is always clean and smells nice. Pretty good array of equipment and weights. The staff are always friendly and accommodating.

Covid-19 update: I returned to the gym the week it reopened, 6 am workouts. They did a good job or rearranging equipment to make it social distance friendly. It appeared clean and people kept appropriate distances. However, each time I went, there were guys who were not wiping down the machines after using them. I mean, really? Isn't that common courtesy even before a pandemic? I was doing my best to wipe machines before and after I used them but ultimately I didn't feel like the staff would be able to enforce cleanliness standards with so many careless jerks working out there. I ended up cancelling my membership. I hope to return again in the future.I've been a member for about 8 months. I have gone on different days of the week and different times of the day. It always appears clean and well managed. There are plenty of cardio equipment so I've never had to wait to use them even at peak hours. There's also group fitness classes you can sign up for online, but i haven't tried them yet as they are only available during normal business hours. I recently discovered their app...it has nice features like creating and tracking your workouts, use your phone to check in by scanning and it even has workout videos.

I have stopped at this club twice now recently while in the Capitol on business and have been hassled and refused service by 'Jess' twice now very early in the morning.As a Black Card member who stops in clubs nationwide often simply for a shower and hydro massage after Very Important Meetings iam Very Unsatisfied with this Club. Boo!Zero Stars. ~ImLwI~

What brought me was the 24 hour service can't beat that. More equipment so you can quickly get in and get out. Some looks to need replacement. (Upholstery) Only thing I didnt get a tour of the facility. I can bring my family also who can exercise with me that is a plus. I
