I have been working with Coach for over two years. He helped prepare me for my first competition last year and without his expertise and guidance, I would not have been able to prepare for it alone. I have been training with Coach Cane now for two months. We are currently prepping for my first bodybuilding contest in May. The amount of progress we have made so far is incredible. He is a very experienced trainer and incredibly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

I trained with Ty for a little over a year when i got off of active duty Marine Corps. Being a veteran himself Ty and I had an instant connection. He knew how to push me to perform at my absolute best while in the gym. While also not overdoing what my body could handle. He provided me with a custom meal plan to fit the wants I had for my physic. He constantly monitored my body to see how it was reacting to my current diet and made changes accordingly to ensure my body was burning the fat and building the lean muscle I wanted. Ty had a keen eye and always knew when you weren’t staying true to your diet. Not only is Ty a great trainer he is a great person that genuinely cares about his clients. Ty became more of and older brother to me than just my trainer. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and cares about his clients, this is where you need to be!

Coach Cane is a true expert at his craft. I have been training with Coach for 7 months now and I am getting ready to compete in my first competition in November. I would have never been able to attain my fitness goals or compete in fitness competitions if I had not met Coach Cane. Not only is he an expert at fitness, but a true expert when it comes to diet and supplements as well. I have wasted time and money training at corporate gyms and my only regret is that I did not meet Coach sooner. If I had met Coach sooner there is no doubt that I would be competing at the national level. My advice for anyone looking for a trainer, contact Coach Cane!!! You will not be disappointed.

Ty Cane is not only an amazing coach, he's an amazing person. He's honest, sincere, and will do whatever he has to in helping you reach your goals. I am a 36-year old male living in Chandler area. I started training in October 2011 because I wanted to lose weight and decrease my body fat percentage. I didn't know much about personal training, so I signed up with one of the large gyms in my area. Initially, I saw some results as expected because I had plenty to lose. However, after over a year, hours at the gym, and thousands of dollars later, I felt that the workand financial investment that I put in didn't really meet my expectations and overall goals. That's when I started my quest to find the ultimate trainer who can give me the results that I have always wanted without going over my budget. During my search, I came across Arizona Bodybuilding Personal Training and I knew right away that I found what I was looking for. I discussed my goals with Coach and he knew exactly what needed to be done because he's "been there and done that".The training style with AZ Bodybuilding Personal Training made me feel that I was not wasting my time and effort at the gym. With the intense training sessions (oh boy, they're something else...you know and feel that no one else in the gym works harder than you) and customized diet plans, I got stronger, gained more muscle mass, and my body fat percentage dropped. For example, before I started training with Coach, my 3rd set 10-rep dead lift was only 225lbs but now it's up to 425 lbs! Note, that is 10 reps on 3rd set and not a 1 MAX rep. My body fat was 21% and he was able to bring it down to 8% (or less) - yes, I finally saw my 6-pack abs. Another thing I like about AZ Bodybuilding Personal Training is that I am held accountable with my workout and diet (Note that proper diet is extremely important if you want to see results). Lastly, with AZ Bodybuilding Personal Training, I don't feel that I'm just another client on what I refer to as "conveyor belt" at other gyms because trainers usually end the client's session right when the time is up. I am given my exercises for the day and the trainer makes sure I finish them even if it takes longer than a regular session. I challenge you to find other trainers who does that.If you want results, I highly recommend Arizona Bodybuilding Personal Training. Coach's credentials, experience, and knowledge in the bodybuilding world are second to none.
