This location is unbelievable, with the exception of a few employee's who are incredible they are over shadowed by two who are absolutely horrible. I canceled my membership and called on Sunday to see about having the yearly fee reversed the team member was incredibly helpful and said manager would be in Monday. I call Monday to follow up speaking to Isaac, he was argumentative and gave me the complete and total run around. Sounded incredibly unprofessional and changed his story multiple times. First it was the manager would return my call within 48 hours then it became any time up to10 days. I responded with this was unacceptable and a return call from the manager would be great, seeing how I've now called twice. Then it became I had to be eligible have my fees refunded. Jump to now its Wednesday and still no call from the manager. So I call again and the fitness coach on shift was super super helpful and at least informing me that my refund would be processed. So thank you for that.But I have to say on a more personal note, I come from alot of customer service situations and all I can think of is if they treat members this way I can only imagine the incompetence she has with her own employee's. As well as the lack of discipline for employee's who are argumentative with customers over the phone. Because I'm sure he didn't put that in the notes for the manager to read. I wouldn't recommend this particular location to anybody. Although it's always been clean and the morning staff is outstanding the management and Isaac leave alot to be desired.

Staff is friendly, facility layout is perfect and clean. The AC works and the tanning bed has fresh ventilation. So sad I moved to Mesa and this one is too far away now. Don't like the other 2 near me now.

I was always scared to join a gym but now I regularly go to all the planet fitness gyms in the valley and honesty I wish I joined sooner. The workers are always there to greet you when you walk in and say have a nice day when you leave. Gyms always seem to be very clean and up to date. Showers sometimes have bad shower heads but mostly good. Honestly I recommend any planet fitness and recommend the black card that way you can go to whichever gym is closest to you at the moment.

The staff is amazing at this location! I will miss them when I return home to MN, their vibe of care and consideration is worth the travel to this location! It is always welcoming and clean here as well. The rain showers are a nice touch and the hydro massage (for black card members) is heaven!

I love working out here, there are plenty of machines so I never have to wait. It is always very clean and the employees are very friendly. It’s a great price for all of the services you get. (I signed up for the black card) It feels awesome to hop on a hydro massage bed or chair after a long workout 😊 …

I would highly recommend this gym to anyone. I have been frequenting gyms for the past 17 years and I have to say I’m impressed with planet fitness of Priest and Southern ( Tempe ).First off the app. Have you ever wondered before going to the gym if it’s going to be packed? The planet fitness app has a meter to let you know how many people are currently at the gym.Secondly it’s safe!!! The environment they have instilled in their gym is wonderful especially during covid. Everything is spaced out to make sure you’re keeping you distance with other guests. They have cleaning stations with paper towels and disinfectant every 15 feet and, they have them refilled DAILY. It’s very common to see other guests to clean the either equipment before and after use. It has to be the cleanest gym I have ever seen in 17 years.Thirdly, the guests and staff wear masks!Finally, the staff are wonderful people that what to help the guest achieve their goals

This is the only PF location I have been too. I hope they are all this great. I’ve paid as much as 150 a month for a fancy gym membership. I like it here better. Clientele are not always your typical gym goers and it is nothing less than inspiring. I have seen more unexpected people getting after it at this gym just to improve their lives. Staff fits in perfectly with this. Anything you need, they got you.

Rain showers and your own connected changing area.Huge black card area.They got rid of the couch for no reason and chairs are set aside. When all other locations have them available. Social distancing OK fine but to not allow to sit on any was ridiculous. No state order says no seating allowed. So I moved one chair as you can see in the photo.

Very clean, they consistently clean all the time, see photos.There's full privacy in the shower stall since you have a changing place and a shower area, so no one can see you.Also, There's no dumbbell weights over 75lbs.

The absolute BEST GYM in Phoenix. And, trust me, I've been to them all. Lexus (the manager, not the car) and the crew are super friendly and always there to answer a question or lend a hand. They are meticulously clean and would even get the seal of approval from my Jewish mother. For $10 dollars a month I feel like I'm ripping them off. Amazing Value!! Thank God for Planet Fitness, Tempe!
