I appreciate the above and beyond service of the team at the PF Tempe location - true the culture of PF is always friendly but this team always does the most. I recommend this gym mainly for my clients who are not as used to or comfortable going into public gyms. Intimidation or gymidation as we call it, does not exist here and I truly appreciate that.

I have been a member of PF Ahwatukee for more than 3 years. I like the staff and the equipment they have fits my workout great. They have had some A/C issues of late but have brought in units to keep it cool enough to workout. Since I am a Black card member I can go to any club and I have visited clubs in several states but I always compare it to Ahwatukee and my home club beats them all.

I truly appreciate the clean atmosphere at this location, and would recommend other people join. I've been coming to planet fitness for a little over a month now and the staff here is great always a warm welcome and smile to start off a great workout.

Always friendly and always helpful! The waterjet beds are amazing and with the numerous pieces of equipment, you’re assured to get a good workout! And they have fitness classes at 5 PM virtually, so if you’re nervous about attending a gym, attend their virtual class!

Very clean! Multiple people were cleaning while I was there. Lots of different machines and wasn't crowded. Very friendly employees! Definitely will come to this location again. Could be a little brighter.

Been at this gym for quite sometime, love it and no problems. Recently broke my ankle and had a talk with a new manager here that couldn't hear me out. I broke my ankle, I live alone. I didn't cancel my membership, I want to stay with PF. I thought he'd hear me out on possibly just refunding the last 5 months I was out, I told him I was advised to stay in bed and rest. Definitely everything is harder when you break a ankle, mindset and physically. I've tried to call, no answers. At the time I was worried about other things, but I guess the manager wasn't very helpful here. Not sure what his name was, but was just not professional with how he made remarks about how simple I could of done things at the time my ankle was broken. Unfortunately didn't hear me out and I couldn't get a refund for the past months, I have the proof and wish he could of helped me out abit here.

First time at this location. Check in is done on the phone now, which was nice. Staff helped me and my guest get all situated. It was not crowded, and seemed to be very clean. I'm still a bit uneasy about being maskless, so I don't go as often as I would like. I will be back soon!!

It's a great gym love the hydro massage chairs. Lots of machines and room to work out. They need to stay open until at least until 10pm on weekends though like they used too. They need to be expanding hours not cutting them back.

Great customer service. Moved back to Phoenix from Texas and set my club as a club that was farther away,...Was unable to make the changes on my account so went to the club I wanted to join and met with Conner who took great care in helping me get my club set up...Every time i go in to work out they are always greeting me....The club is clean and they take great care to ensure social distancing and wearing your mask...I will continue to use this gym for my work out...Keep up the great work.
