This Planet Fitness is an easy access location and has everything I need including Hammer Strength core machines—almost always in working condition. Floor mat and restroom areas could be cleaner. It is flu season right now and multiple hand sanitizer dispensers are broken and or empty—even after alerting staff three times within a three week period.

This is arguably one of the cleanest and most organized planet fitness I’ve ever been to. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Equipments are up to date and fully functional. Plenty of parking even during crowded hours.I highly recommend this planet fitness location.

For someone living nearby the gym, it's extremely convenient. But some of the tools can be limited during peak times at 5.30am it can be better if it's repaired but some were still under repair even after 2 weeks. This week, hot water wasn't available but because it's summer, the cooler water was manageable for those who shower at this gym.To use the treadmill on the first floor is not recommended as the sun rises as you are going to face the sunlight even with window shades pulled down.

For trying to force members to sign up for Black membership if they moved from their city’s Planet Fitness branch. I moved from Chandler to Phoenix, now they want me to upgrade to allow my entry to Phoenix branch, which I didn’t and canceled my membership. Finding better place that had a transparent policy from the beginning.
