I love that there's no pressure at Planet Fitness! Everyone is there to make personal improvements, and everyone is welcome! The staff are always friendly, so that makes it even nicer to go to the gym.

Great atmosphere as I walked in. Staff was very informative and friendly. My intent was and still is to sign up. There's a PF each direction from where I live, so a 4-5 mile cardio bike ride would always be there. 4.5 staff 2-3 members. I'll stick with the older crowd

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed going to Planet Fitness. The staff were always available to answer questions and explain the equipment. Unfortunately we now live about an hour away. We do miss it. I highly recommend them.

The best value of any gym I've checked out. It doesnt have all the amenities of the higher priced gym but it has everything I need to get a good workout. The staff is always very friendly, and seem to keep endlessly busy cleaning.

My wife and I enjoy the convenience of a fitness club open 24 hours and it is close to our house. There is a wide variety of equipment and weights to use. We enjoy watching the news on the big TV screens while we use the treadmill and arc trainers. Our only complaint is that frequently one of more channels are not working or do not have sound.

In my travels to California, Arizona, and Colorado, this is probably the best location I've ever been to. This is not a rating I would give overall to GYMs, just in all of the Planet Fitness it has every amenity that would make a Planet Fitness good, all into one:- they participate in the bait car program, so you feel safer leaving your car there, already - is small - it doesn't play loud music - it has private showers -there are soap pumps in the showers - it has clean bathrooms - it has water massage tables - it has back/leg massages -it has tanning booths - all of these are in a dark, air conditioned quiet room -it has every machine that a planet fitness would possibly have - it has a water bottle dispenser -did i mention it's small? really, if you go during off hours it's like a little personal gym with equipment you get to pick from.

Decent location and staff is friendly, but it's the busiest PF I've ever been to. Locker room is always clean and equipment in good shape.Just plan on waiting or adjusting your routine if you go on weekends. .

I have been a PF member for 3 months and would not recommend this gym to anyone. I am a member at the location in Tempe Arizona on McClintock Dr. The cleanliness is unacceptable staff members are unfriendly I have not attended this gym in over 2 months and have still been billed for charges after calling to cancel. The general manager Romeo advised me that he does not know the corporate number and that if I wanted the recurring payments to end I would have to come into the locationwhy on Earth would I have to come in to cancel a membership that is advertised as no commitment. A couple times I brought me and my business partners to this location and was embarrassed at the lack of customer service no toiletries in the restroom and the overall service. Seeing as to how they treat their customers I would never be attending a Planet Fitness location again I guess you get what you pay for

A really nice gym at a very reasonable price.The staff is friendly, the place is very clean, the equipment isn't outdated and the locker rooms are nice and clean, as well.I like the "no lunks" thing as there really isn't a ton of muscle heads flexing all over the place.I prefer to go in the early am when the place isn't way too busy like it can get right after work during the week.Free weights, machines, tons of cardio equipment. No regrets.
