Sorry, not impressed. People at the front too lazy to scan the barcode, too lazy to put the paper towels in the dispensers, equipment broken, the leg machine had so much hair and grime at the bottom. Sorry I can’t.

Got my first ever gym membership and brought my friend with who had never ever been to any gym before. Ethan was working the night shift and I told him that we had no idea what we were doing and asked for a quick tour and explanation of how things work. Not only was Ethan super nice, but he didn’t make us feel like we didn’t belong even though we felt totally out of place walking in. The environment was surprisingly welcoming for such a large gym. Ethan answered all my questions and never once did he make us feel judged or stupid for asking.

Trainer was outside flirting with a young girl when I got there. Tried canceling my membership and he told me I would still get charged. Not intelligent or helpful staff in any way.

I was not happy about having to share the locker room with homeless people. The front desk staff does not care if these people just walk right through without having to scan in. I don't feel safe going into the locker room or in the showers when these people are hanging out in there the whole time. I was not aware that these restrooms and showers were open to the public. I won't be coming back to this location.

It's an alright location but showers are not the Planet Fitness standard. Small with no place to put your stuff.

I like the vibes in the gym and the workers are nice and chill, everyone does their own thing at the gym so you don’t have to worry about people looking at you.
