Always a 10/10. I never fail to be impressed here, and I enjoy the staff 100%. They are big chill and have it all under control. I have never gone a visit without a smile from another guest and/or staff member. I would definitely suggest bopping down here and joining in on the fun!

I love this gym and have been a member for years. It's clean, the staff is super friendly, but possibly too nice. In recent months this place has become an adult day care and the staff turns a blind eye to the person who constantly spends 50+ min napping on different machines. It's getting absurd.

It's been more than two weeks that the ceiling is leaking. From 2 containers, it has propagated to 6. Think it's just a matter of weeks that this gym has more baby containers to surround the area.

This place is super clean. The staff is very friendly. It is never overcrowded. Best of all no one really cares what you are doing so they really dont judge you. Sometimes we laugh with strangers at what you do but its all in good fun. The staff is there to help when you need it and there is free training available if you want it. I go with my son and helps me bc i have several injuries i have to be careful with. Plenty of space to sneak off into a corner and do yoga or your own thing too.

I love the vibe at the gym. I feel comfortable getting out of my comfort zone. The app is really useful when it comes to the equipment, the demonstrations have been a life saver.

The machines were really easy to use. There was a personal trainer there that helped me. The front desk people were very helpful also and I bought a lock that was sold conveniently there

The manager at this location, Michael did an outstanding job positively resolving the issues had at the Tempe West location. The manager, Lexus from the Tempe West location was present during this time at this location, intentionally and maliciously ignored and did not address issues. She did not resolve anything. Michael did. I recommend that you go to Tempe East and do not go to Tempe West.

The Tempe Planet Fitness I go to is the best fitness center I've ever been to. They're always cleaning 24/7 and repairs equipment within a few days. I've belonged to 4-5 other fitness centers in my life and none as good as this one. I thank them every time I go.
