Great gym! We live in Florida and this location was so clean with friendly staff. They were cleaning the baseboards during our workout! I have never seen any location clean with sch attention to detail! We swore it was a brand new gym and found out it was 7 years old.

You'll always be greeted in no matter what and the people there are really nice. I enjoy working out there. The machines could be a little more effective though and also they don't have dead lift☹️ but overall a good gym

I like how comfortable I feel doing my own thing (of course by following gym's rules) without being controlled and bossed around like at LA Fitness or compelled to get and pay a trainer like at AEOS.

This place is very clean. I love the perks of the black card! The prices are very reasonable. Large selection of equipment. Friendly staff.

Best PF I've been to! Staff are always nice, and the place is clean.I go in the mornings and I never have to wait to use squat racks or anything.

Staff is friendly and the Tempe McClintock location has plenty room. I do wish they would have kept the mask mandate a little longer. Not only are they not wearing masks but not wiping down the equipment. Other than that, love it.

Decent price for good equipment nice locker rooms and the hydro massage is relaxing. Black card members get to use any club and bottkes of h2o just a buck. Eric from Lombard IL

Drove across town to this location at 930 pm on Saturday. Apparently they changed their hours and didn't bother to alter their hours on google, and they close at 9 instead of 11pm. It's very easy to adjust your hours on google. This is just laziness and disregard for your customers. I witnessed many others arrive only to be annoyed. Gas ain't cheap. Please change your hours online!

I go to a lot of planet fitness gyms and this one by far has the worst vibe. Few things I noticed. Number one. Staff. When you walk in there are 5 people behind the counter and all but one is usually leaning on the counter. No smiles. No genuine hello. No enjoy your workout. Just usually them chatting amongst each other. Why so much staff? What do they do? They don't clean equipment because I see dust on nearly everything. Cleaner bottles are in terrible shape. Many leak or spray terrible. Many look dirty. I've seen a couple male associates speak to women working out just to strike up conversations. Also this is the only planet fitness where the equipment is subpar. Some are dated. Some are worn or have chunks of cushion missing on seats. Some the cables are loose. Also the TVs...why do the TV not have subtitles on? Hearing impaired like me and those that want to read the subtitles can't. Stand up tanning fan was dirty and dusty and off balance and made a ton of noise. 3 bulbs were out and 3 nearly out. The plate on total body was gross. Bulbs seemed very dim on total body. Dirt and grime caked on vibrating plates. Use a magic eraser. Also no chairs in teh room with tanning or total body. Why???? I know it's little things but this makes me want to drive further to another gym that's not close to work.
