While traveling we got the privilege to check out this gym. Wonderful and clean facilities. The front desk staff was very accommodating. One of the best gyms in the chain that we’ve been to. Thanks again!

I was charged my "annual membership fee" that pulls randomly, 2 months after your sign up date to the gym. They don't warn you of this of course, or bother sending an email reminder. And when you call to speak to someone you get put through to a glib manager who says "negative" when you ask about a refund. Exceptionally unprofessional, and rather rude. Immediately canceled.

This building was more useful as the Goodwill. The showers and overall layout are trash. No privacy, tiny spaces, and you have to get dressed in a separate area as the showers. I'd rather go to the west side of town where you get the quality you expect.Id like to update this as I have seen most of the locations now. There are only 2 decent locations and this just isn’t one of them. 17th ave and the one on 40th st are the best your company could do.

The employees here do not care about the company nor the members. Arrived at 8:45 only to tan and was told they were closed. Oh, really? Then adjust the closing hours to 8:30pm for Sundays if that's the case. I'll gladly send the owner a message on LinkedIn for you 😉 🙂. …

Love this place! They have a lot of equipment and keep things in good working order. Even at peak times, there is only a short wait for equipment to open up. Great atmosphere and staff!

The gym itself is great. I have a black card membership and I travel there to visit family frequently and I used this location dozens of times with no issues. But the last time this guy working at the front desk who acted like a drill instructor wouldn't let me workout, and then made me wait for 15 minutes while he messed with my membership. I had a gut feeling I should have just left. But he went in and messed with my membership info changing my barcode just because he didn't like the way it was coming up. In the dozens of times I had been there before and to other locations, this was not a problem. Fast forward, I travel quite a bit, and now everywhere I go I have issues after this guy messed with my account. I have to wait 5-10 minutes to get checked in when I'm away from my home gym, which is most of the time. Word of advice to that dude... chill out.

The gym is clean and the staff is friendly. I've never felt uncomfortable cominng in alone. The equipment is always in good working order and other gym members are respectful. The location is perfect for me, a few miles from my home. Its the only gym I frequent.

Adequate facility. But the complacency of staff is astounding. People sleeping on equipment. Teens working out in jeans and slide sandals and not knowing how to operate the machinery. Regardless of if their parent signed a waiver, that's a lawsuit in the making.(No, I will not call the location. I brought the above issues up to the staff on shift. Nothing was done.)

I’m the biggest fan of PF. I can’t say enough great things about my experience. As a novice I started out with their 30 minute weight machine circuit and progressed to my own program as I became more familiar. The best perks as black card member: clean, friendly, not crowded, body red light room, hydro massage, access to all PFs when traveling AND free guest pass for a friend at any time.
