Not up to par with the "Lakewood commons" location on 1st and Wadsworth.The cleanliness, and overall quality of the men's showers doesn't meet expectations.I waited a few months to leave a review, but nothing has changed.

The experience of this gym was great! I'm unfortunately I discovered a different gym at the same price with MORE TO OFFER AS FAR AS AMENITIES AND PERSONAL TRAINING!! I still think that plant fitness is a GREAT gym as well.

How unprofessional can a manager be? JESS?? Fraud is fraud.UPDATE: Canceled and reversed payment. Now up to second month having to call the bank to reverse payment for a Canceled subscription. BE CAERFUL GIVING YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION TO THIS COMPANY.Sixth time having to reverse charges. This company should be charged with felonies.

Went in and met the main guy Jesse. Great guy! Not pushy just genuinely nice and happy. Truly great customer service. Sold me on a plan just for the mere fact of great customer service.

Got thrown out for wearing what looked like denim shorts (they were a soft cloth material that simply looked like denim). Nowhere is it posted that you can't wear certain fabrics and the staff member was incredibly rude. Called later to complain only to find out that it was the manager who had kicked me out. Cancelled my membership that day and never looked back.

Plenty of machines to work on. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had a trainer when we signed up to show us how the machines work at no additional cost. The price is great too, at $10 a month.

Showers are disgusting, it’s quite bad when railing studs are falling out of the wall and only one of the four actual has a handle on it to turn on the water, seem like they are never cleaned! Especially since I see a lot of workers just standing around at the front desk a lot of the time. Disappointing for sure

First I'll start off with I am a trucker so I see planet fitness Nationwide this one was. By far the worst ive seen. Showers were absolutely disgusting there was mold in two of the shower stalls there was no where to put my soap and shampoo the water was freezing even when I put it all the way hot the changing stall looked like someone puked on it my guess is they don't clean this facility very well concidering I didn't see one person cleaning no one should take a shower and feel like they will catch staph infection

Men's showers only had one functional out of four. The one functioning shower was filthy and had a clogged drain. Adding to the un welcoming feeling to the dingy locker room was the unusable toilets, no tissue and urine splashed everywhere. I would have mentioned to an employee on my out but no one was at desk at that time.
