It be nice if staff could get there early enough to open it on time. Also need to remember to bring an allen wrench to tighten bolts on the equipment before they back all they way out. There is no triceps extension machine or standing calf raise. Use the assist bar on the chest press to work calves. Gotta have at least 3 ways to work each body part.

The staff has always been friendly and nice to me whenever I've been there and very helpful. If you decide to weight training be sure to ask for Ed. He is an excellent guide on your way to fitness. Highly recommend him.

This is an excellent gym, with nice new equipment, and the friendly staff always greets me with a smile. Their trainers are super knowledgeable an have helped me see real results.

I love the people as they are friendly and very helpful. The fact that the facility is clean and there is so many options in choosing your workout. State of the art machines.

Doesnt even deserve one star. Did not like it once we joined. My husband stayed for more then 2 years. Then we joimed the ymca. Because its more family friemdly. Our contract is up. Not understanding why they're still taking money out of our account. I'm sorry I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone.

Iv always gone to genesis and have seen multiple locations. It's fairly nice and has alot of equipment. I'm able todo a full workout everyday I go. But they need to update some of their free weights and other small equipment. Then it would be perfect

The remodeled club looks great. The open floor space is nice and inviting. The staff is great. My favorite things about this club are the new equipment, the convenient location and the shake bar.

Great facility and great staff. Love the juice and protein shake bar when you first walk in. The gym is never crowded. A lot of options to choose from when starting your workout.

Their facilities are top notch. Always clean and well maintained. The only issue I have is they are very deceptive when signing contracts so beware. I signed up for an 18 Month special and signed on their IPAD. I was told they would email me the contract and when I received it I realized they signed me up for 36 months. After realizing this I called and was told they put a note on my account that I could cancel after 18 Months but the contract said otherwise. After several days of getting the run around I ended up going in person and talking to a manager. They told me they put a note in the system and I would be fine when I canceled but I demanded that they put that in writing. They have a very bad reputation for these deceptive practices so beware and read your contract!

Worst costumer service ever! I will never go to another Genesis. The information I was given was a misrepresentation of the truth. I was told by Amy that I could pay for one month (the last month of the summer). I teach and absolutely would not have agreed to a 24 month contract. I am a trusting person so when I was asked to sign the IPad I did without asking any questions. I feel like I was lied to and deceived. I hope you will make this right. I workout every morning in my home and have no need for a gym membership. Never again!
