We just registered with the gym on Wednesday. Ben assisted us as there were three of us to enroll. Ben was very informative and did a great job! If the gym experience is going to be as good as the registration, we will be going daily with no issues!

Genesis has a lot going on. Lots of products to offer. We use the gym here for basketball training. Have looked into membership for the family but seems a bit pricey for my liking.

I know there are cheaper gyms out there, but the quality of the Genesis group fitness classes is unmatched. The instructors are so supportive, friendly, and experienced.

Worst health club I've ever dealt with! The machines are fine, but the membership sign-up/termination process is awful. Prior to signing a contract, Colin (a manager) and I had an agreement that I would not pay for a frozen membership – I travel to Topeka every few months. The frozen membership is typically $10 a month.However, upon terminating the membership due to switching gyms, they are asking for retroactive frozen membership fees?? Take your money elsewhere, and definitely have a lawyer review your membership contract – do not make the mistake of taking Sales for their word.

Attention!! This place (GYM) blown me away, I came to Tobeka for a business trip, the Genesis health club at Topeka southwest is the real deal it's very clean and luxurious and get all kinds of workout equipment you can think about plus the staff are very professional, helpful and polite check it out general manger Sean will answer all your questions!

I have been trying for over three months to suspend my membership. I use the membership in the summer for water exercise. I love that program. I have been successful in the past being able to suspend my membership so I can use it in the summer. This year the General Manager has told me that my membership is suspended, but it is not and I keep getting my membership dues taken out. I was told I would get a refund for the last two months but not only no refund but another monthly dues taken out again! I am going to be forced to cancel and no more water exercise that I love, but worry I will never see my refund of three months now! Very disappointed!!!

My initial review was not a positive one but since then the regional manager contacted me, and made this right. I appreciate that the effort was made, though without this review it’s hard to say if that would have happened. Still, I am grateful.
